We loved our stay at this unit! It was everything it was advertised to be. Immaculately clean and beautiful, great location, wonderful view and situated within a broader resort area that is great for family. We really enjoyed the amenities, such as the gym, pools and beach, which is just steps from the unit. We visited in January and the weather was very sunny most days. The owner, management company and staff we all very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay with the family. Great views off all three lanais. Perfect place in evening or early morning to chill in the breeze. Huge advantage over other places with lanais on each end allowing breeze to blow through the condo. Close to everything we need including beaches and walking paths. We would definitely rent again.

Throughly enjoyed our time here! Check-in was simple, views were incredible and the sunsets from the lanai’s were breathtaking! As we departed my wife was already planning a return trip. Phenomenal unit all around!

The property, the pool, location, and beach are all incredible. Much less crowded than neighboring properties (Disney and Marriott) and Waikiki. Loved everything about our experience and can't wait to come back.

Truly Paradise

This was our second time staying at this location. Our stay in this unit was wonderful and was an absolute amazing time. We throughly enjoyed the 2 separate balconies with different beautiful picturesque views. The unit was fully stocked with all the amenities and beach gear to have fun with and enjoy. It was perfect for our little family vacation, with the only drawback having to say goodbye and it coming to an end. Can't wait to come back and have already started planning the next trip!

We had an incredible experience at the Beach Villas! The condo was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully furnished, spotless interiors. Never ever have I done a review but this property was like the title says absolutely amazing. Aside from the fact it is ridiculously nice my daughter locked us out of the bathroom and Ron came within 20 minutes to open for us. What a wonderful property!

The villa is beautiful...lovely furnishings and decor. The views from both lanais are breathtaking. The kitchen is great, with all of the supplies that you could need to cook meals. And snacks and a bag of coffee were provided. The grounds are lovely and access to the beach is easy. We enjoyed the bar at the beach that also sells some food items. Ko'Olina is a beautiful and convenient location. And communication with the villa owner was wonderful...quick responses to any questions. Hope we can come back from another stay sometime in the future.

It was nice to be back home in Hawaii after 15+ years. The accommodations were great with all the amenities you could ask for. The unit matched the paradise atmosphere of the resort. Would book again.

It was our first visit to Ohua and the condo was perfect for the 4 of us. very happy we picked this location. Waikiki was too populated. Views were outstanding. We really enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Entire family was sad to leave. Hope to be back in the future

We had a terrific month long stay in this beautiful condo. Most impressive were the condo’s beautiful vistas and comfortable lanais in every direction! The unit was immaculate, quiet, and comfortable. The best part of our stay was just spending time in the villa and enjoying the amenities of the Ko Olina area. Because our hosts had thought of everything needed, many extras were provided with the condo - beach gear (snorkels, chairs, towels), hair dryers, plenty of storage space, etc. The Beach Villas are nestled between two fairly busy “hotels” and provided a lovely lagoon, pools, and oasis from the surrounding hustle and bustle. The long walk in front of all four lagoons was breathtaking. Best of all were our hosts who were attentive during our stay and provided us with excellent answers to all our questions. Joan checked in on us frequently and her help felt like family. Having stayed in the Ko Olina area multiple times, this was by far the place we would choose to stay in again.

Maximum Relaxation

This is our second staying here at the Villas of Ko Olina. We stayed in another unit last time, and this unit by far blew the other one out of the water. Firstly, the hosts were super easy to work with. They described everything accurately about the villas. I thought the parking was awesome. Literally right by the elevator that takes you up to the villa. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the owners were nice enough to leave just enough supplies for the week,(trash bags, dish soap etc.). They even had a few treats sat out on the counter upon arrival and even gave us a bag of coffee for the week. The unit has everything you can imagine. No need to bring beach towels, they are provided. Room has a wagon, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, fan, wave boards... you name it, they provided it. Only downfall was the washer/dryer. It seemed to take way to long for a load of laundry, but we made it work. Also, the king bed could have been more comfortable. But it is mainly just a preference of us not liking firm mattresses. We was greeted by a young lady who showed us around the property and how to get to our room. Also, showed us around to make sure we knew what was in the unit and how to work each appliance. Overall, our stay was amazing. The location is great. The shops nearby help when needing/wanting a place to get grocery or just get dinner. We would stay here again if we were to return to Oahu.

Best location on the island!

We loved, loved, loved this place! We traveled the entire island, and this was the best location, by far. The house was impeccably clean, with high-end amenities. Lanais were everywhere, and we'd open them and get the best cross breeze. Several pools to choose from, and they were likewise impeccably clean. Should we return to Oahu, we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Fabulous space and location

Property was everything it claimed to be. Beautiful space and the amenities were great. I thought ocean view would be better, but you can still see it from balconies. Having the doors open on both sides to let breeze in was fabulous. We would stay here again
