The resort was a gorgeous property. The views from our lanai were spectacular. The condo was excellent! It was appointed well & many instructions to manage the condo were spelled out perfectly throughout. The staff at the resort were very responsive to our needs and were VERY courteous. Cedric & Shannon at front desk were standouts with their infectious positive demeanors. They helped us immensely with event & excursion ideas. We were disappointed with 2 things: 1) the beach bar has VERY limited & TERRIBLE food & the bartender's service was equally poor. He acted as if his "customer-service gene" had been removed (middle-aged WM with graying hair (evening 9/9/25). We found better accommodations & service at the nearby resorts; 2) the parking spaces (most are for compact cars in the parking structure). On one occasion we could NOT park in assigned spot due to the small size & other standard or SUVs parked nearby. To change to better parking & avoid vehicle damage, we were charged extra to do so in the outdoor parking lot (the condo owner picked up the additional cost). Hailee, condo owner/manager, was great & was available whenever the need arose. Unfortunately, the shuttle that takes Ko 'Olina guests to the Kapolei Ka Makana Ali'i was quite poor with scheduling and customer service. So much so that we had to cancel a dinner reservation.Overall, we were pleased with our 2-week stay in Ko 'Olina and will return, hoping that our aforementioned negatives can be addressed.
