Perfect for a Family Reunion!We had the most delightful stay at this property! It was absolutely perfect for our family reunion and exceeded all of our expectations.The location is unbeatable. It was so convenient and made exploring the area incredibly easy. The condo itself had everything we needed to truly enjoy our time together. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings.A huge bonus for us was the availability of outdoor gear—my grandson especially loved the boogie boards! It's those little details that really elevate the experience.The entire property was well-maintained, comfortable, and we truly cannot thank the host enough for providing such a wonderful base for our trip. In town for my daughter's wedding. The 18th of April 2025

The condo was amazing with everything you could need. Just as described online. The layout was very comfortable for 3 adult couples and our belongings. We especially enjoyed the balcony ,looking out at the beautifully decorated grounds and the lagoon .The stroll down to the water to view the sunset was amazing. The wedding was wonderful, and we had a great time seeing many of the stunning sights on the island. Having the pleasure of knowing how peaceful and relaxing it would be back at the condo made it that much nicer. A big thank you for letting us stay at Dwight's condo .This was truly a trip to paradise

Beautiful condo!

This is our second time staying at Ko’Olina Beach Villas. We love the property and amenities. The pool areas and protected ocean cove are perfect for our young kids (2 and 4). The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. When we had issues finding things or with the AC on one side of the condo, we had quick responses and solutions.

Beautiful Unit, Beautiful Location!

We loved the ocean and pool view from the lanai! The unit was very well supplied with everything we needed and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance along the beach walk to Aulani, Four Seasons and Monkeypod for good eats and happy hour. Dwight provided detailed info for a worry-free trip. We would definitely stay again!

Best property on Oahu

After touring around the island, I am convinced we landed on the ideal property. The Beach Villas complex is in the perfect location and impeccably maintained. The lagoon beach was never crowded and super for swimming and snorkeling. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely choose this location again if returning to Oahu!

Perfection in Paradise

STELLAR! Booked through VRBO. From start to finish the host always responded quickly; we had zero issues with this experience! Start to finish - exceeded all expectations and was an exceptional experience. Consider it an investment towards your happiness and wellbeing. Spectacular views, exceptional lodgings - think "Paradise." The staff additionally did not disappoint. Fantastic attention to detail; greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the curb, escorted us to our condo to physically walk us through everything and had outstanding recommendations. This really set us up for a truly restful and memorable family vacation. The location, four breathtaking lagoons, neighboring hotels (variety of restaurants to choose from) and how well appointed this place is ... a total home run! The three bedroom villa/condo/apt was exceptionally upscale, spacious, beautifully decorated with very comfortable bedding and literally had everything. From a stocked medicine cabinet of OTC stuff like Advil PM and so forth, every possible anything you might want in a kitchen (with a shopping center in walking distance for groceries,) water toys, beach towels; you'll want for nothing. The view of ocean and the beautiful pool did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Perfect for our family

The location was perfect with a beautiful view, proximity to the elevator and pools. The lagoon was just a short walk across the path and my family (which included seniors and infants) loved everything. The tropical breezes and breathtaking sunsets were wonderful and the live music by the refreshment bar was relaxing. My grandkids were thrilled to see and feed the beautiful carp. Precious memories were made for everyone and I would highly recommend staying in BT503 at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina!

Beautiful unit and out of the way of the busy Waikiki area. Close to North shore for fabulous snorkeling. Owners responded quickly and take great pride of this unit. View from balcony is peaceful and the equipment they share with us renters was very much appreciated. I come from Hawaii and was able to show the grandkids why I keep coming back and this unit in Ko Olina added another loving memory of beach paradise.

Awesome Condo

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were many pool/beach items to enjoy. The amenities at this resort are very nice. We loved the quiet beach outside the property. We will definitely stay here again, if we come back to Oahu.

Great Villa!

This is a wonderful villa! Very much as described in the listing. We appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs. The owners and onsite property managers were very communicative. We would love to return. If I have one complaint it is that the Beach Villas front desk folks are extremely intense about following the condo rules. I can understand the reasoning behind this but they are very quick to jump on people (I witnessed this many times for other guests as well) for breaking rules and are not very polite about it. One morning at 5:15 they called us to say there was a complaint about noisy children on our balcony so I got out of bed only to discover my tweens fast asleep as I expected. I’m sure they mistakenly called the wrong unit but they were not apologetic at all and insisted my kids had been on the balcony yelling at 5:15. My sister stayed in another unit and parked exactly where they told her to and another person called and threatened to tow their car because they parked it in the wrong place. It’s such a lovely place I wish the folks working there had a bit more of an Aloha spirit.
