We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The property and villa were absolutely beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations.The host was fantastic with communication from start to finish. Check-in was seamless—the concierge met us upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and gave us a quick tour of the villa, which was a great touch.The unit itself was spacious, very clean, and had the most incredible view—perfect for watching the Hawaiian sunset each evening. Being right on the beach was a huge bonus, and we even got to see a monk seal napping on the shore, which was such a memorable experience!The villa was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, made things so convenient. The appliances were very nice, although they did take a bit longer to heat up (as mentioned during check-in), so just something to be aware of.The location is a bit farther from some of the main activities, but we actually loved that—it gave the area a more relaxed, low-key vibe that made the stay even more enjoyable.We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

We had a great and relaxing stay at Rena’s. The unit was clean and everything was functioning properly. Had the right amount of supplies and towels which greatly reduced the stress of having to purchase replenishments. Also had plenty of beach gear. We will be back.

These place is wonderful place to stay at. Especially if you got a big fmaily. It overlooks the beach and also a really short walk to beach logoon where you able to swim and snorkel and see some cool fishes. There also plenty of rooms for the family and kitchen to make your meals if you dont want to spend money on going out to eat. If you do its not to far away from Costco/stores and restaurants. Definitely would recommend it.

We had another wonderful family vacation in BT404. The unit is in a perfect location for the Koi feeding events each day as well as close easy access to the fabulous pool and gorgeous, uncrowded sandy beach. This is our second time having a two family gathering at the KoOlina Beach Villas, This time with 21 people and multiple units. Moms, Dads, kids and Grandparents. We highly recommend Renu’s unit and look forward to returning again and again.Renu, our host is always very responsive to any request. There are many extras, lots of beach towels, cart to wheel the beach toys and the many chairs for use at the beach….and watching the sunrise and sunset.

Fantastic location, can’t beat the closeness to the beach without all the busyness of other hotel guests. The lagoon waves were calm. Great for little kids, although my teens wished for a little more action. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys and a cart for our stay which came in handy. Rooms were comfortable, condo clean and quiet, and communication was fantastic. Fitness center was a bonus. A special spot!

The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 6. The balcony was my favorite part given the size and view. The location is great being so close to the beach, and it was really quiet. Beds were super comfortable and condo was nice and clean.

The views from the lanai of this condo are stunning.Our family of five stayed for 13 days and we had a great time. Each room is laid out very well to allow separation and some privacy.The amenities were fantastic and included storage containers for food, spices, foil etc. The cleaning crew that came in half way through our trip did a very thorough cleaning of all areas of the condo.The host was very accommodating and allowed us to have a later check out due to our late flight home.This condo gets a 5 plus star rating by the entire group.Penny

The most stunning sunsets from the lanai! The pictures do not do it justice. From the moment we walked into the condo and opened the door to the lanai, it was just beautiful!We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai with the most amazing views during our week long stay. Check in was quick and easy. Stuff was great! The condo had everything you need, beach towels and chairs, a wagon to take all items to the beach, cooler, kitchen had all cooking utensils, rice cooker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cleaning essentials and much more!The beds and all furniture were very comfortable. Bath towels were provided. Washer in dryer in the condo was a plus! We had an amazing stay! With the beach just steps away from the condo, sitting at the beach till sunset, then off to the pool and finishing off by relaxing in the jacuzzi! The beach lagoon was much quieter than the surrounding resorts which was nice. Relaxing bar with nightly entertainment near the pool area. Highly recommend this condo, we loved everything about it.

This property was gorgeous. We took extended family and had our own private spaces when we wanted. The condo had great views of the ocean abd the balcony was inviting in the early morning and into the evening. There dining options and shopping near by. It was a food base for our daily excursions. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous time on Oahu!

We cannot say enough great things about this property at KoOlina! This is our second time here and our new favorite, every condo here is great but this one is a step above, SO much space for everyone, gorgeous views, all the amenities. We love coming here and can’t wait to come back. The condo is even better than the pictures and our hosts were so helpful and accommodating. I’d give it 10s if I could!

Great stay, easy access the beach.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the ocean—being able to look out at it each night and wake up to the peaceful sound of the waves every morning made our mornings so special. I also loved taking a walk along the ocean every day—it was such a relaxing way to start the day.While we had an overall great experience, there were a few things we wished were different. Both bathtubs were a bit too fancy to be practical; one had a slow drain, and the other was just a bit too complicated to use comfortably. Additionally, the washer was broken, and we were missing grilling utensils, which would’ve been helpful for some outdoor cooking. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely consider coming back!

Great location

The property is great! We had 5 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of room for everyone in our villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We especially loved the lanai for relaxing. Easy walking to other hotels, restaurants and shops.

Excellent condo and property

We ALL loved staying at this condo. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. The complex, including the pool and beach, were perfect for our 2 year old and 9 year old. I hope to return in the near future. I recommend this condo without reservation!
