Beautiful penthouse!

Beautiful facility, rooms, kitchen and lanais. The only downside was that we eventually had to leave such an amazing place.

Annual Family Vacation

Had an amazing time. Had a couple of hiccups, the owner locked both closets in one of the bedrooms along with the closet in the bathroom in that same suite where my son and his wife were staying in. They had no closet or anywhere in that suite to hang their clothes or store their luggage. Ola Properties did give us a rolling clothes line for the room, but it was cumbersome. The drain in that same bedroom suite bathroom didnt drain very well, so there was standing water everytime my son and his wife showered. Had we know this PH didnt have closet space in one of the rooms, we would have rented another unit. We understand owners have personal items, but to take all three closets in a suite and lock them isn't very efficient for the vacationers. re their luggage. Ola Properties

Best vacation ever

We had a great time celebrating birthdays and anniversaries as a family. The place was immaculate, it had everything that we needed from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and towels. The views are top tier and the property is superb.

Graduation Trip

This property was an amazing home base for our daughter's graduation trip. Wish we had more time to just relax and enjoy the property and amenities. Having a kitchen was wonderful as we like to cook and not have to go out as much. We do wish the kitchen had a few more pots, bigger baking sheets, and containers to store leftovers but we made it all work. This is our second time at the resort, and we just love it. Loved this unit as it was a penthouse, so we had no one above us to hear. The Hawaiian breezes on the Lanai was the stuff dreams are made of. We will be back!

Nice Villa Great Location

Property is lovely and overall well maintained. The villa is in need of some TLC and a bit of overall maintenance. The views were gorgeous and having the 2 lanais was fantastic. The 2 bedrooms besides the master are very tiny with very little air movement and would benefit from ceiling fans. One of those 2 bedrooms did not have any available closet space. The master was nice and had a private patio off the back but there were no chairs or furniture and one empty pot. Again, the views and the location of the villa were fantastic, but for the price the villa itself could stand a few enhancements.

The condo was not bad. Supplies like dishes and plates are very scarce as well as flatware. Blankets were not available for all rooms and although we don’t expect to use your salt and pepper etc. it was all sticky. How was your not beach towels they were regular bathroom towels, just in different colors, besides that condo, the service from the staff was terrific I would give them a 10 condo is a 8

2023 Family Trip

This was our first time in Hawaii and KoOlina was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the kitchen, living area and dual lanais. Glad we were in the Ocean Tower near the quiet pool area with views of the ocean and pool area. Bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed for our time in Hawaii. Made several day trips around the island and nothing was too far. Would love to come back again someday.

Exceeded our expectations!!

From start to finish this was a great experience! It was our first time to Hawaii and we could not have been more fortunate with the beach villa in Ko Olina. The resort was beautiful and clean! It was not crowded like the nearby resorts. Our condo was truly better than we imagined. The pictures do not do it justice! The best part was that we had a lanai facing the large pool and a second one that had views of the ocean and mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked for meals in. The furniture was in great condition. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels! There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and snorkeling gear to use at the lagoon. Parking was close and easy. There are a couple nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a Starbucks. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! Thank you so much for such great accommodations!

Great location with mostly great ammenities.

The location of the property is a little further out from Honolulu. We found that nice. There is still a lot of civilization to access if you need, such as grocery stores and the like, but it doesn't feel like you are in downtown Chicago. The area of resort has a really nice beach area with lagoons dug out to diminish the surf. You still feel like you are in the ocean, but you won't get tossed around as much as you otherwise would. However, this probably means you will be disappointed if your goal is to surf. The whole area felt safe and clean. The unit itself was well stocked and clean. The appliances were modern and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. The only downside was that the washer and drier felt a bit small and the dishwashers felt a bit fussy in the way they required all food to be well rinsed before going in. These aren't deal breakers at all. However, if you have a full house and you plan on washing a lot of clothing while you are there in addition to towels, you will need to be constantly babysitting the washer/drier. There were plenty of towels, but do keep in mind that this isn't a hotel. If you find yourself wanting more washcloths there is no front desk that will supply them. You will have to wash them yourself. This is probably only an issue for you if you plan on washing a lot of your own clothing in addition to towels. I'd stay here again. We had a great time.

Wonderful location and property

We really enjoyed our stay with family at the villa. The property is in a great location with all needed amenities, and Jordan had everything ready for us when we arrived. We hope to be back soon!

Family Vacation

We had a great time with our family of 5 on our recent trip to Hawaii. The condo is well appointed, was clean, convenient and the beach was outstanding. We did learn that no paddleboards are allowed in the lagoon so don't bring yours if you have one. Other than that, we look forward to coming back in the future - Great grounds, pools, check-in etc.

Ko Olina Beach Villas

The experience with Ola Properties was great, they kept us informed and responded quickly to our questions. We had a wonderful experience, this penthouse was amazing with views in all directions. It was very roomy, clean and quiet and met the need for our family with beautiful pools and an amazing beach just steps away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Ko Olina with Ola Properties. After scheduling and canceling multiple times due to COVID-19, we truly came out smelling like a rose with this find. Great property with too many amenities to list. A bit of drive to most of the tourist attractions, but great to be out of the fray when it's time to relax! We will be back!!!

This property is perfection. Terrific quiet location, amenities well suited for young families or retired couples. We could not have been more happy with the pool and beach area and the overall quality of the unit. Views from the balcony were exquisite.

Best rental at Ko’Olina

The condo is very spacious! The views are amazing. All beach amenities were sufficient for our family. During COVID, there are no shareable amenities that you may be accustomed to at other rentals such a kitchen condiments or shampoo/conditioner etc. There’s a small jumpstart starter toiletries but plan on bringing your own or picking up when you’re here. Loved our stay and would stay again!

Awesome Vacation Spot

Beautiful property. Excellent private suite overlooking quiet pool and offers a great view of the sunset from the lanai. Beach towels and chairs help improve the experience. The local town marketplace and coffee shop make starting and ending every day extremely convenient.

Perfect Location at the Villas

We, my wife and I, have stayed at the Villas a number of times. The reason we selected this specific condo is that it is at a high floor, the 11th, and has open lanais to both the pool area as well as facing the North Westward toward the Aulani (Disney)Resort. At times, during the summer months, the afternoon sun can reach very high heat levels for the direct West facing condos. This condo gives you a great sunset view while still blocking the direct afternoon sun. As far as the condo is concerned, it is well appointed for beach fun, chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. There are ample towels for your needs at the condo and the kitchen has adequate dishes and cooking pots and pans. Communication with the property manager was prompt and they were quick to replace a defective hair dryer on a Saturday, for example. All that being said, you can do no wrong staying at the Villas and at this condo if you require three bedrooms/bathrooms.

perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 to stay at. The complex was perfect, pools were clean, beach was perfect, and the location was very nice and safe. We felt very comfortable letting our kids roam the Ko Olina area unsupervised. We will definitely be returning to the location and this penthouse condo.
