This was our second time at the villas, first time at this unit and we loved it. Super easy Access to the pool, BBQ grills, beach and bar was a game changer and made everything all the more accessible - especially for a family with young children (we stayed with our 1 and 4 year old). The unit was perfect for us and clean. Bed was comfortable, rooms and bathrooms spacious. Lots of pool toys for our little ones. For future guests, the kitchen had enough for us to cook with in terms of utensils, equipment - although we cooked lightly. You’ll likely need to get cooking oil, spices, tin foil, and other necessities - Not a big deal as there’s shopping nearby but helpful if you want to shop prior to arriving. One comment for KBV overall is to bring back live music most nights! It used to be every day except sundays and now just weekend eves. We had such a blast with the kids on the one night we had live music.

Beautiful unit in KoOlina, kitchen was not functional for our needs

The unit was lovely and spacious, allowed for good separation between our family members with the master suite on one side and the guest bedroom on the other, separated by the living room. Lanai access to the pool and bbq areas was wonderful. Only issue was that the oven does not come to temp (only heats to 275 degrees). Maintenance/repair man was prompt and attentive but basically the unit is not equipped with sufficient electrical to support the oven and so there is no repair that will make it work. Without being able to cook this unit was not what we expected and much of our meal plan and groceries went to waste as we had planned multiple sheet-pan dinners for our stay.

Best Unit in the Beach Villas

We have stayed in this unit twice now and it is by far our favorite. You give up a bit of an ocean view being on the bottom floor but the ease and access to the pool and beach are unparalleled. The unit was well appointed and super clean. Such a great place to stay with your family.

Always a relaxing and wonderful stay at the Beach Villas

We stay at the beach villas every time we visit Oahu because it is so easy. The pool is large, great for kids, and the beach is a short walk away. We loved walking on the beach path, having short "date nights" listening to live music at the beach bar, and being a reasonable drive away from fun outings, like the Jurassic Park jungle tours, the Dole Plantation, North Shore food trucks, and historical sites in Honolulu. The villas allow us (a family of 4) with lots of space. We loved being able to make lunch to eat poolside. If you have older elementary kids, I highly recommend this unit - kids were able to come from the pool easily to grab forgotten goggles and enjoyed spotting mongoose mamas and babies from the patio sofa.

Perfect location, both the property and the unit

I was a bit wary about staying in a ground-floor unit, but this one is perfectly positioned for your kids to run back and forth from the pool while you keep an eye on them from the lanai. Ko Olani is a great location to access Oahu's activities. The management company is very responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Ko Olina Beach Villa - Always a great stay!

We enjoyed the surroundings, especially the beach at the lagoon. We were on the ground floor and had easy access to the pool area. Our lanai was semi-private.

Thanksgiving in Paradise

Wonderful property, very well appointed and convenient to all of Oahu's attractions. Looking to rent this same unit next Thanksgiving. Note to manager: Top dishwasher seems to not clean as effectively as bottom dishwasher. Also, we added a few extra snorkel Masks and goggles to your collection...no room in our luggage :)

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay as part of an extended family vacation. The unit was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Management was communicative and helpful. The property was in the perfect location for proximity to other resorts, the town, and yet tucked away enough that we felt like the whole lagoon was ours! With two small children, this was the perfect spot for a fun yet relaxing vacation!

Loved the first floor off the pool location! Two adult daughters with their own bed/bath And a large open entertainment area . We had lots of young 30’s cousins hang out at nite ( our place was the best they said) all of us there to celebrate a wedding ! So fun

We couldn’t have asked for a better unit. The ground level access to the pool and the beach was the best, especially with four kids. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a perfect, relaxing week. We would definitely stay here again.
