Great view and quiet stay!

Excellent location and nice conveniences. Life jackets, snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella were great to have. Included parking stall even for a Tahoe was easy to park. Elevator was quick and accessible on a consistent basis unlike some other vacations we’ve stayed at. Most quiet stay compared to Marriot and Aulani. Only inconvenience was the fitness centre is not 24h and closes at 9pm for those who like to work out later. Otherwise, best value in the Ko Olina area!

What a view!

Had a wonderful time with Ko Olina Beach Villas. Perfect for young kids and the parents had a blast. This unit on the top floor had spectacular views and we watched sunsets and humpback whales every day from our patio. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! We are a family of four, two sons, 16 and 18 years old; therefore, having their own bedroom and bathrooms was very nice and peaceful ;) We loved how the back patio doors filled the back wall looking out to the pool. We kept them open whenever we were at the place letting the beautiful fresh ocean air in. The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Waikiki area, yet, able to get to many of the beaches and hikes, tourist attractions with a quick drive. There are also many restaurants in walking distance. The pool and the tiki bar were great! Live music in the evenings was a plus. The unit itself was very clean, organized efficiently, had beach chairs, coolers to use, comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location and unit!

Phenomenal

We always stay at a similar place to this when we come to Hawaii. The room was as nice as any we’ve been to. I don’t feel like the pictures did it justice with respect to the size. Normally, we find that there is something we need in the kitchen that they don’t have. Not the case here. Really nice and they addressed everything we could need. We’d certainly look to stay here again.

Great vacation spot!!!

Beautiful condo with a great location! We loved how close the beach is to the villas, the lagoon is very calm for swimming, the tiki bar is great for drinks and music in the evening, there are many restaurants, shops and a golf course within walking distance. This is our 2nd trip to the Beach Villas and can't wait for our next trip. Always a great vacation spot!!!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. Spacious unit, very clean, chairs, coolers, towels, everything you need for your time at the beach. We loved how close to the beach we were. Only ten minutes to get to a grocery store. It is a beautiful area to go for walks. We needed a crib and the host was helpful in suggesting a company for us to use.

Wonderful week in Paradise!

Great location! Beautiful condo so close to the beach. Overlooking the pool and great easy listening music from bar but very quiet after 9ish each night. Our group had twins who were a year old,5 yr old and 7 yr old along with 4 adults. Perfect week. Thank goodness there was a drying rack in the condo as dryer did not dry even after 3 hours. Clothes were dry overnight so not a big deal but we could live with that being the only negative in a very wonderful place. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect place!!

The place is amazing! The only issue was the dryer. I saw it on other reviews so I asked. I followed Nicole’s directions and it still didn’t work. I understand it is ventless so it will take longer but water never even went into the tray. The moisture wouldn’t come out of the clothes so we were unable to use the washer/dryer which was disappointing considering cost but we didn’t let that get us down and enjoyed our stay otherwise!

Wonderful Hawaiian Vacation

We loved our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of provided amenities to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was easy and straightforward. The location is perfect next the the lagoons and Aulani. It’s in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. We can’t wait to go back.

Great location and nice villa

Building and villa are kept up very nicely. Everything we needed for our stay. Key card was finicky, but we got it down pat by the time we left. Kids loved feeding the fish and the pools are very nice. Drinks are steep there at the bar, but they are delicious. Highly recommend this place. Mahalo!

Fantastic vacation

This property met all of our needs. It was close to the beach, the pool and it was quiet. I loved the lanai with the big sliding glass doors opening up to the kitchen and living room. I would definitely stay here again.
