We had an absolute wonderful week! Upon arrival, the agent that greeted us and showed us around was absolutely fabulous! Explained so much about the area and tips on where to go things to do, etc. Explained the unit very thorough as well. Unfortunately, on our checkout… The front desk was not as warm and friendly. They didn’t even thank us for staying… The young lady at the counter actually acted like we were bothering her with our checkout. Overall, our time in Hawaii was amazing. We definitely would like to return someday.

We love staying at the Beach Villas. The unit is clean, kitchen well stocked, and the host is amazing! Quickly responds to questions or requests. Everything was comfortable and wonderful. We loved hanging out on the lanai with the ocean view and the breeze.

Condo and grounds are beautiful. Condo was very clean and well stocked, We had no issues. Had Grandkids staying with us (11 months & almost 3yrs), pack and play worked well. Also, they loved the pool and feeding the fish in the morning. Ocean View was nice, I would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Thanks!

The villa was perfect for my family of 4 adults and toddler under 2. Balcony view was amazing and balcony was spacious and comfortable to relax on. The entire villa was set up so that it felt like a home away from home with all the amenities like coffee pot, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, lovely, nice size bedrooms, bathrooms and closets, washer and dryer, dish washer, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.Denice, the host, made sure we had response to any inquiry as soon as possible and staff was always pleasant, helpful and attentive. The bedding was luxurious. I felt I was sleeping on a cloud. The entire grounds are beautiful.The carpet in bedrooms should be replaced. It's time. Other than that I can't say anything bad about our stay. We loved every minute in our villa and in Hawaii. We would stay again.

Beautiful property that had everything our family of 4 needed. The lagoon was one of the quieter ones which was nice. Short walking distance to great restaurants and the ABC store which has snacks and excellent quick meals. The location is central to many activities and attractions. It was such a wonderful stay!

Excellent Family experience

Great location. The condo had plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults and 2 children including a lovely balcony with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the swimming pools (one for adults, one for families) and easy access to the adjacent lagoon.

We love this property! It was clean, quiet, and walkable. It was so nice to enjoy everything they had to offer from beach toys to spices. It was well taken care of. We visited neighboring hotels and they were so congested and felt overwhelming. The staff was friendly and helpful!! Can’t wait to return!!

Fabulous place

The property is great. It was clean and well furnished. The rooms are large and added to the feeling of peace and tranquility. Seeing the sunset on the ocean on our arrival was a bonus. Everyone was very nice and the communication was easy and efficient. There are two pools: one quiet and long enough to swim lap and one more for fun, with hot spa and bbq all around. The beach bar is also an enjoyable place. And then, there is the lagoon. You can also access the 3 others by foot. There are all magical. There are restaurants, grocery stores and activities accessible from the Villa. The highway is also close if you’re planning more visits. Beautiful, peaceful and joyful place. We were sad to leave and look forward coming back! Mahalo!

Amazing!

The property and the condo were nothing short of amazing! We had two families each of 2 parents and a child, the third room had grandma and aunt. We never felt cramped and all had our own space. The condo was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Pool set up was amazing. Great location, we were able to instacart Costco and walk next door to do the Aulani Luau. Definitely will book this place again.

Wonderful layout - short on supplies.

We loved our unit’s layout with separate master bedrooms at either end comfortable furniture UNTIL we started cooking. There were not the usual provisions for saving leftovers: foil, Saran Wrap, zip lock bags, etc. There are 7 of us always choosing VRBO locations for many years, & we love to cook. Additional shortages like paper towels, hand soap, bathroom Kleenex, shampoos and conditioner- all refurnished daily in routine hotel chains. Not here! We heard others imploring at our hospitality desk - one group was calling for more toilet paper! I’m assuming the Ko Olina Village Resort group simply doesn’t require some very basic supply threshold of its owners’ rentals, since any time folks requested something at the hospitality desk they were told to contact that unit’s owners. Such a shame. There are many other rental groups and this was our first such experience; it’s added to our screening process and questions to ask in our next rental.

Ko Olina beauty

This resort/condo sits on one of KoOlina’s 4 lagoons that are connected by a walk way sandwiched between the Disney resort and 4 seasons on the right and Marriott vacation club on the left. The lagoon is dedicated to this resort only which makes it nice a quiet compare to others. Loss of walking and jogging places. Also walking distance to markets, restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful grounds and great location. Would definitely stay again! Property exactly as advertised. Perfect place to watch sunset at the little bar by beach. Some nights there was live music. A good diversity of people from families to young adults to more mature. Nice break from Honolulu. Fun exploring the coast on this side of the island as well.

Great Stay! Beautiful Unit!

Everything was great! Kitchen very well stocked, lots of beach towels, chairs, and a large cooler. We were 6 adults and had lots of space! Nice large table was great for playing games and cards! Beautiful pools and beach! Very easy in and out parking. We had a great time!

Great Location Small Parking Spots

Perfect location, clean, well kept. Would happily stay here again. The property was a bit expensive, especially with fees, but was otherwise exactly what we were looking for. Small nitpicky things were that the parking spots were small and the pots and pans weren't in the best shape. Reiterate, however, that this property was excellent and we would gladly stay again.
