Love staying at The Beach Villas. Lovely view from the Lanai and plenty of space in the villa. Had the windows open all the way every day and it absolutely makes the stay. Kitchen has tons of supplies. Washer dryer was so helpful. Very good beach supplies which made sitting out there easy and comfortable. The cooler was a nice touch also. Quiet pool was nice but the other pools were freezing and not tolerable. Def recommend the villa and will be back for sure.

Such a great stay at this property. The views are excellent and the floor was so quiet, we never heard anyone else. The condo had all we needed for a comfortable stay, which beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation at Ko Olina Beach Villas

We love this property and Nalani and Keith were great hosts! If you are looking for a vacation that is away from the hustle bustle of Honolulu this is the place. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and beach lagoons. There are restaurants, shopping, and golfing within walking distance.

Everything was Great

This was our 4th time staying at the Ko Olina beach villas. We know what to expect, and enjoy our stay each time. We love the pools, hot tubs, beaches and all the restaurants that are at the adjacent properties We are already planning and looking forward to our next visit to Ko Olina.

Great resort away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Property was so nice and owners personal check in was a bonus. Condo was very nice with all the amenities you could want.

Great family vaqcation

Clean and well-appointed with modern high-end appliances. Our hosts were very welcoming and the whole check-in process was easy and straight forward. The complex is very nice with great pools and an awesome beach.

We had a wonderful stay at OT504. Keith and Nalani were very welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at several different units at the Beach Villas over the years and this one was very nice.

Great Stay

We had a great time on our stay at Ko Olina - Ocean Tower. Stunning view, quiet, clean, well maintained, everything you need. Owners are so great, met us and gave us all the info we needed to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time. Lani and her husband were amazing and treated us very well. We had an unexpected issue with the kitchen sink, they responded immediately and were kind enough to give us a gift card to the bar for the inconvenience, which wasn't necessary but very kind. You can tell they care about their guests and want to make sure they are happy.

Wonderful place to stay

Villas at Ko Olina are a great place to stay. Pools and lagoon beach a short walk from condo. Condos are well appointed with large balconies. Check in was easy and attentive.

Wonderful accommodations! Wonderful hosts who were always attentive. Appreciated the meeting as soon as we arrived and the tour. Loved the simple touches like beach chairs and snorkeling gear and welcome gift. A++++ service will definitely book again!

Wonderful Location

We loved staying here for our first time to Hawaii. After driving around the whole island, in our opinion, this is the best area to stay. It is away from all the hustle and bustle but still centrally located for activities. Owners were awesome to work with and warming greeted us upon arrival to help us unload and show us around the grounds, which we deeply appreciated since it was all new to us. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
