This was a great property. I took my kids for a 2 week vacation and it was great. Cherie (owner's rep) was very responsive to all questions we had and we enjoyed our stay. We would do it again!

Amazing Vacation

Our family (dad, mom, & four early 20’s “kids”) loved staying here. The villa is beautiful! From the views to the living space to the amenities - we could not have been happier! The entire place was well stocked with those things you wish you had room to bring along, like beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag, and even a wagon for transporting it all! The kitchen was super clean and well stocked with all those items you are used to having on hand. The property is well maintained, generally quiet, and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Cherie was wonderful! She communicated with us from the time we booked until after we left. She answered questions before our trip, met us upon arrival, and was available to answer questions during our stay. The location is a little bit of a drive for the tourist attractions, but it is a perfect place to enjoy the pool, the lagoon, or the balcony. We had an amazing vacation staying here!

Beautiful home and Amazing Property Manager!

We were so impressed with the home and the property manager, Cherie. She met us at the front entrance to welcome us. She is so sweet and took our luggage to our room for us. We had arrived early, so the room wasn't quite ready for us, so we just went to see our family members that were also staying there while we waited. You could tell Cherie took great pride in making sure the home was in perfect condition and she texted me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was great. I would definitely hire her if I needed a property manager. It was so nice to know that if we needed something, that she was so responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and they even had little treats as a welcome gift for us, which was a nice touch. The rooms were really comfortable. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo & location!

First of all, staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina was definitely the right move!! The resort itself is beautiful, and being steps from the lagoon is invaluable!! The entire Ko Olina area is very resort focused, so everything is meticulously cared for, and everything is beautiful. As for this specific condo, it was wonderful! The unit was very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. I did a lot of research before booking this unit, and it's one of the few that had a big sectional in the living room, a sectional on the lanai, and multiple single beds. We're a family of 5, with 3 teen boys, so this was a great fit! Cherie was so wonderful to deal with, and was always reachable and happy to help. While we didn't meet the hosts in person, they were also very helpful by message, and even let us check out late since we had a late flight! We had such a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful Family Stay

Our family had a fabulous stay in the condo. The check-in was easy but did take more time than expected. The hosts were very helpful with amazing response times. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. All of the amenities were enjoyable. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Breathe taking

Overall impression of property is breath taking. MUST stay. Super convenient walking distance to Aulani and marketplace, beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Close range to golfing area which was taken advantage of :) When we arrived, Neal met us in the lobby and was just so kind hearted and charismatic. Made us all feel at home. Showed us every aspect of the grounds. We had a great time and were appreciative that we were able to get together in a beautiful area and villa.

Our first time to Ko’Olina. We all had a very nice time and this establishment was great! The pools and beach were fantastic. The host, Sherry, is very accommodating by most part However, we probably would not visit again for a few reasons. First, and although the lagoon beach is very nice, they do not allow you to put up your own sun shade. I bring my Sun Ninja when I travel to beach/island regions since it provides an ideal, wind resistant shade for my kids/family. Unfortunately, we were told that personal sun shades are prohibited in all of Ko’Olina which sounds a bit like BS since I know that all beaches have to be open for public access and I don’t think this can be enforced unless it’s a private beach. Maybe someone will eventually fight against this. You do have the option of renting a parasol and lounge chairs for a minimum of $100 or find a shaded spot in the grass under some trees. Secondly, we were told that no one was checkin in until the next day but they were not able to provide us with a late checkout since they needed to prep the place. However, we were not allowed to check in earlier despite being pre-arranged because the previous guest left 1 hr after check out on the day we arrived. This indicates that they only needed a few hrs to tidy up the place for our check in but needed a whole day after we checked out? Didn’t make much sense to me…fortunately, I was able to negotiate at least 1 hr of a later check out time but still not expected for the price!

Beautiful in many ways - Sunsets were gorgeous

What you see in the photos is pretty much what we got. It's high end, well appointed, w/ nearly everything you could imagine you'd need. The deck view is wonderful & beaches, lagoons so pretty & fun. They aren't busy and we loved snorkeling, even saw a couple turtles. It's a bummer not having a restaurant on site. The tiki bar near the beach has great drinks but they are spendy. The people are friendly, the adult pool was the best; very quiet one and relaxing. The other main areas get busy and filled with kids of course. There were a few downfalls for us. You're not supposed to wear shoes at all inside. That doesn't work for 80 year olds that literally have trouble getting shoes on/off nor people with plantar fasciitis. We weren't told this ahead of time and likely wouldn't have booked had we known. Because we had our parents with us who have mobility and stability issues we decided to rent the golf cart. My husband & son golf regularly, we live on a golf course and own a cart. This golf cart was old, didn't run well & we felt like it might clunk out & parking was weird. All in all, it doesn't get you that much closer to the beach or walkway. We really wish we hadn't spent the $450 for the few times we used it & the condition. The 90 min arrival tour was stressful, we honestly felt like children being scolded when told of all the things in every room we needed to do. If I had young kids I would be scared to have them there. It was hard to relax due to the specifics.

Location, location, and lanai

We especially enjoyed the location, the large lanai, and all the amenities of home. The grounds were lovely and the lagoon was a perfect swimming paradise for the kids. The check-in was the best we’ve experienced, timely and welcoming and informative.

Fun with the family

This beautiful property came equipped with so many considerate, helpful extras for young children. The highchair, play and pack and stroller were so appreciated! There were books, toys for the condo as well as so many for making forts and castles on the beach! It worked so well for our intergenerational group.

Great location and apartment

The residence and apartment are great. The view is excellent. Apartment decoration is extraordinary which is ironically kind of stressful when you have small children asking them to pay attention not to damage the table, etc. I will not go back with small children to that apartment.

Great vacation!

The whole family and grandparents had a great vacation! The area with the lagoons was perfect. The kids loved playing in the pool. The condo was beautiful and exactly as it shows in the pictures. Our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was amazing and a great value. When we arrived, we were greeted by the property manager and given a personal tour of the property and the unit. The facility is wonderful - beautiful pools and gardens, access to many amenities, and directly on the least crowded lagoon. The unit itself was perfectly sized for a family of 6 and came with everything we needed. We loved having access to beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The kitchen was stocked with all of the staples needed. The property is located between the Marriott, the Aulani, and the Four Seasons. All are accessible via the boardwalk and restaurants are open to individuals not staying at the properties. We loved getting ice cream treats at Disney and then walking back to our private pool and much less crowded lagoon. Everything was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about our time there.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Lanai furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable, and property manager quick to solve any issues. Soaker tubs really deep and comfy, plenty of hot water, numerous kitchen amenities (although could use space for dry groceries). Great appliances, air conditioning works well, large fridge as well as a separate wine fridge. Beautiful welcome basket with yummy snacks! Only problem was our fear of using the new dining room table. (Which is stunning, but maybe not suited for a rental ?). Manager stressed the care it would need and to always use both tablecloth and place mats at all times … so we were just too nervous to use it. Grounds, pools, and lagoon are fabulous and clean!
