  • Estamos situados entre Kapalua Resort and Naplii Bay, justo al otro lado de la calle de Napili Bay Beach. Nuestro complejo es pequeño por lo que no estará rodeado de muchos visitantes. Es más bien una atmósfera pequeña comunidad en los Jardines Napili. Nuestras casas es una ciudad hogar de calidad que cuenta con ventanas de piso a techo en la parte delantera con un jardín tropical en nuestro patio trasero. Es ideal para aquellos que viajan con la familia y apreciar el espacio adicional y un tercer cuarto de baño!

    Tenemos encimeras de granito en toda la cocina y los baños, electrodomésticos de gama alta de acero inoxidable, muebles en todo el salón y cada uno de los tres dormitorios, además de un cuarto de baño en pleno funcionamiento, y muebles de terraza. Con una gran familia de los nuestros somos muy conscientes de las comodidades esenciales del hogar que la mayoría de las familias vienen a esperar durante el viaje.

    Usted encontrará una gran TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, junto con un reproductor de DVD / CD. También hemos puesto un televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio principal. Aire acondicionado central está equipada en toda la casa, además de ventiladores de techo para mayor comodidad. En el garaje para dos autos también encontrará la lavadora y secadora grandes.

    Arriba, en el dormitorio principal encontrará una muy cómoda cama de matrimonio y cuarto de baño completo en suite. Los dos huéspedes dormitorios y baño de tamaño completo también se encuentran arriba. En la planta baja es el medio baño justo al lado del comedor y el sofá cama queen en la sala de estar con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente.

    Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra unidad y tomar ventaja de tener su propio patio privado con un alto final barbacoa de gas parrilla.

    Cuando te diriges a la playa simplemente caminar por la calle hasta Napili Bay Beach famosa por sus excelentes condiciones de buceo y la natación. Y si usted no tiene ganas de empacar un almuerzo, simplemente pasear hasta el final de la playa y cenar en el restaurante Seahouse ... ¡es maravilloso! No te olvides de dar un paseo al atardecer y simplemente quedarse un poco más por el magnífico espectáculo de la noche iluminada por las estrellas!

Awesome place for the family! About a 2 min walk to the ocean. This place had everything you need plus extra! We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised

No issues, easy to get in and out, and perfect location. Beach, food, activites and proximity (15-18min drive) to Lahaina (groceries and night life) was a perfect combo.

Amenities were great, location was great, patio was great. We did have to place tape on a glass coffee table due to one of us being cut by the sharp edge.

Kapalua stay

Unit worked well for our group of six. Location was good for beach access and coastal trail, a ten minute drive to restaurants in Kaanapali.

Enjoyed our stay!

The location was great for getting to the beach and was very walkable to many great places. Not a lot of shopping within walking distance, but very quick to drive to. Some of the neighbors did not seem very happy we were there, but overall it was a really great place to stay and we hope to be back!

Amazing location

Great location, safe, quiet and central

Lovely 2 floor townhouse, with all the amenities. Comfortable bed and furnishings. All needed items for cooking were supplied.

Our Amazing Family Vacation

The accommodations were absolutely incredible! The beach was within walking distance, and we were by a bus stop so that we could go shopping. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The lanai was perfect as we grilled out for breakfast, lunch and dinner most nights. Would recommend and plan to return in 2024!

Place was well stocked with linens, appliances, utensils, toys and chairs in the garage. Good WiFi and tv options. The major down side with this place is that it’s sinking, so be prepared to feel like you have vertigo and watch your little ones struggle to walk around for a couple days. All the toys and balls will roll to the back right corner of the house. My suspicion is that the rain gutters in the back just drop straight down and don’t move water away from the foundation. So not only is it difficult to walk in this house, but the whole thing creaks like crazy. Very scary and feels unsafe. We had an earthquake happen the first night and oh boy did I get scared that the whole house was going to collapse. Would not recommend this place. Not worth the stress while on vacation.

Great stay!

Great property- great location- very nice kitchen and bathrooms- ICE cold AC. The only issue was the bed in the guest bedroom (not master) was INCREDIBLY squeaky. Every subtle movement would wake my partner up. It made for very restless sleeping, but hey, we're in paradise.

Great place!

Well located. Clean with plenty of towels. Lots of great beach stuff in the garage, including chairs! Had everything we needed. Great patio for bbq. Good at equipement. We had a blast. The non-master bedrooms did hear dog(s). Not a big issue for us. Bed mattresses could be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Home Away From Home

We have never been to Maui and our family of eight ended up being so happy that this was the location we chose to stay in. The property backs up to beautiful green fields and tropical trees filled with native roosters and chickens and tropical birds that just made the backyard come to life in paradise every morning. The patio was outstanding and easily fit our large group. Inside was clean and modern. It was very helpful to have beach supplies available in the garage. Napili Bay is only about a two minute walk away and extremely easy to get to. The property is in a gated community, one of about fifteen other condominiums and the town of Napili is very quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. Our family would definitely stay here again!

The town home was clean and the description was accurate. We loved the outside patio which was just beautiful! It is close to Napili Beach which is so lovely. I would recommend this home for your stay in Maui.

Beautiful location

No better location for a condo in all of Maui! We love this condo community. This particular condo is a bit worn for wear, but still serves its purpose. Beautiful big lanai for hosting our family! We could overlook the negatives for the fact that is was much cheaper than neighboring properties.

The cockroaches in Maui are huge.

I experienced cockroaches several times during our stay, three times when opening the cutlery drawer and on our last night there a large one on our bed. The cockroach startled me so much I was glad I was able to sleep. The first day we got there we noticed dead mouse smell in the kitchen it was nauseating. I left 2 or three messages with the office number we had on our paper work and actually talked with someone once but nothing was done about it. Also there was a serious cracking noise in the master bedroom every day we were there by the windows. I seriously thought that the windows may bust at any moment. I think it might time to rebuild the place. I just want to let you know our experience thanks for the freedom to do that. Hope it will be constructive as you continue on in your rental properties.

Beautiful and perfect for our family of 7!

We noticed the gorgeous Lenai when we first walked it! Very well set up with brand new furniture. Our favorite spot to eat and relax! The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our two married children. Our single son was able to use the sofa sleeper. We loved having a washer and dryer! The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which we used daily and definitely enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. (My one negative, the kitchen is in need of a good cleaning, drawers and cabinets.) We had 7 people and only 6 beach towels. I called and they quickly brought two more beach towels over for us. There is a convenient clothes line in the garage. Everything actually dried quicker in there than on the deck, due to humidity. The only thing we missed were some extra blankets for our two cold sleepers. I did call and request some, but didn’t get a response on that one. They ended up using clean beach towels for blankets at night. The location was an easy walk to multiple beaches!
