Lovely view

We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful to be right on water’s edge. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that it lacked an air conditioner. It was in the listing But I didn’t notice. The owners We’re very responsive and brought a extra fan for use at night, but I had a hard time sleeping in the heat

We loved it.

Fantastic location right on Napili Beach, and only a short walk from Kapalua beach, both of which have great snorkeling. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean. Plenty of parking, and only a short drive from the grocery store and Maui Tacos. We love the area and we’ll be back.

Beautiful Location

I would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Maui.

Location! Location ! Location!

Location. Location. Location. We really enjoyed sleeping in our unit. We wish it could be a little cleaner, but truly we were too busy snorkelling, swimming and exploring.

Interesting

Hello, I booked a stay at your place last year but got strep throat right before my trip - and since it was all the same symptoms as for covid I couldn’t travel. I let your office know right away - and had a letter from my Doctor. I was disappointed in how your staff handled it, they could have been kinder. I was able to gift my stay to someone else - and they enjoyed the place. I frequent Hawaii and have never had an experience like this before - although your place looks nice, It doesn’t make me want to try and book anything in the future with you. It’s not your fault I got sick - but the way it was handled and the way I was spoken to was a super disappointment. You keep emailing me to review - even a year later - and I am not a fan of giving businesses a low rating - hope this is helpful.

Incredible location- bungalow steps from the bay

Amazing location steps from the ocean and calm water of Napili Bay. We love this condo complex because it is steps from Napili Bay and 8 minute walk to Kapalua Bay. Walk to the Sea House for dinner or breakfast or grab your snorkel gear and head to Napili, Kapalua or Honoloa Bay. Unit is very outdated and worn. Two doors were not working properly (balcony and bathroom) and let property managers know. They were aware of balcony door so I suggest you inquire before staying. Otherwise great location.

Great place right on the beach

This place suited our needs well for five nights in West Maui. While the interior was a little outdated, and we had a few maintenance requests, the view from the lanai was unparalleled, and Napili beach is a great place to hang out, and close by to lots of other attractions. I’d recommend it to anyone on a budget that wants good value for money. The owner of unit was also very responsive and friendly and will help right away with any problems.

Low-key, Spectacular Location

We loved The Napili Bay and will be back. This is a no frills complex with a million dollar location. The complex is well maintained with a great BBQ area. You are steps to the beach, the sound of the surf lulls you to sleep at night and the views are to die for. I “met” three beautiful sea turtles in the bay, snorkeled, swam and had the best time. The unit itself is old but clean and comfortable- for the price and the location - a bargain.

All about location

This condo’s location can’t be beat. We knew what to expect based on the other reviews so we were not surprised at the condition. The condo needs lots of love. Just a place to sleep for us. Being directly on the beach in Napili Bay is what we were after.

Right on the beach

The location is fantastic, right on the beach, absolutely beautiful. The unit itself is comfortable but could use a little bit of a facelift, it's starting to show wear. You won't be disappointed though!

Napili Vacation

We have been to Maui many times and our favorite part of the island to stay is Napili. This is our second stay at this condo, different units. The view is the best you could ask for. Right on Napili bay. Walking distance to the Seahorse Restaurant and the Gazebo. Clean bbq grills available outside. The property is well maintained. There is also an ice machine you can access! We dont usually strive for perfection when staying at a condo because welll.... We aren't there for much besides a shower and place to rest our head. That being said, there are a few things this unit needs. A facelift for sure! As you walk by other units you can see inside and we noticed many of them have been updated to granite counters, modern stove ect. (our stove seemed to turn on if you bumped into it even a little, it didn't get hot but the light came on. Kinda scary) Most nights when we returned we found cockroaches scurrying away. I know I know... Its an Island and they live there. Part of tropical life. But I have stayed in Maui many times ans have never seen them until now. There has to be something that can be done to prevent them from being seen daily! The unit provided us with many beach towels! Very nice. We did have a small cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles and an umbrella. Long story short. Great great location. Nice property. Kind staff. Old school unit, basic basic essentials provided. (Would have been nice to not buy foil, salt, pepper) Desperately needs a remodel. When we return we would stay in the same condo but not the same unit.

This spot was sick! Everything you need unless you’re needy in which case look for something else. All the basics, straight out of 1994 but what else do you need! A little far from some other popping spots but you can look on a map and figure that on your own. The water heater, book selection, and view were all Better than what I have at home. Close to snorkel and paddle board rentals too! 2 to 4:30 happy hour down the beach had me on a good one the whole trip! Thanks Napili Bay - I’ll be thinking of you when I am staring at an Excel spreadsheet for the next 50 weeks!

This was the 3rd Time in Hawaii, the 1st time at Napili Bay. The view from the deck at the condo balcony is absolutely the best you will ever find. The bay is absolutely amazing. The ocean is super clean and fun. The snorkeling is incredible. The condo is minimally stocked but really has all you need to live and cook in as we did. The condo does need to be updated, however it's still very comfortable. We loved it and cant wait to come back Sullivan property management was easy to work with and thorough

Good once we got door unlocked

After shopping, and have frozen items in tow, we arrive only to have the code we were given not work. Called the phone number (3pm) only to have it go to voicemail. Got the on site condo manager, but he had no codes for these units, as some are company owned and some are privately owned. After leaving three messages and telling them that if I didn't get a call back in five minutes I would be breaking open the lock box with a crowbar. Finally got the call and the correct code and got in. Full wait time about half hour. Frustrating start to our vacation. It was an older studio unit but was furnished with everything we needed, including boogie boards, and a full size refrigerator. Loved having the private balcony (second floor) looking out on the beach and bay. Great to be able to walk down the stairs and immediately be on the beach through the locked gate. Fifty yards to the water, and another two hundred yards to the snorkeling reef. Many fish to see and turtles to swim with. Remember, a $10,000 fine if caught touching the turtles. Great boogie boarding five minutes down the highway at state park. We would definitely stay here again.
