My family and I had a beautiful stay here in Maui. This condo is very spacious and clean and modern. Well equipped for anything you might need. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and close to lots of lovely beaches.

Highly recommended. We have stayed in several VRBO places and this was one of the best. Easy check in, everything was as described in the listing. It was also very nice to not have to worry about regular household items. It’s a small thing, but to not have to buy TP, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap was much appreciated. Most places don’t provide all that, and I always find it to be a pain to have to go to a store for all that for a week. The views from the lanai are fantastic, and is a very quiet location. The Villa was clean and comfortable for our family. Beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of room for everyone to have a little space if needed. Kitchen was well equipped, with anything you would need. There are bunch of beach chairs, and 2 boogie boards in the deck boxes on the Lanai. It is located between 2 pools, that are an easy walk. We drove almost everywhere, but did walk to the beach a few times. It’s about 15 minutes to Kapalua Bay beach, which is a bit small and rocky. We did find Fleming beach, which is less than a 10 minute drive and was the kids (14,13,11) favorite. It is all sand, and the waves were great for the boogie boards.

Our family enjoyed our time here in Kapalua. It was a very calm peaceful location. Close pools and a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend!

An incredible vacation at Kapalua Bay.

We had an incredible stay at this villa. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and it's close to stores, restaurants, and the Montage spa, making everything so convenient. The villa, recently remodeled in 2021, is spotlessly clean with a modern, stylish feel, offering plenty of space for our group of six. The layout is terrific, with comfortable beds and tons of towels and linens, ensuring we never ran out. The host, Katerina, was fantastic, always quick to respond and so caring, even giving us great local tips like the best snorkeling spots and restaurants. The kitchen is a dream, fully equipped with everything you need, from an air fryer and blender to basic cooking supplies like oil and spices, making meal prep a breeze. The lanai was our favorite spot, with beautiful views of the golf course and monkey pod trees, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. They provided all the beach gear we could want, including chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, towels, a Yeti cooler, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards, which made our beach days effortless and fun. Parking was easy too, a big plus in Maui. This place felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Maui.

Our favorite place in Maui!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. In a place as beautiful as Maui, with so much to explore, that says a lot. It’s an absolutely perfect location with beautiful views, a stunning interior, and an attentive and fabulous host who was both responsive and accommodating. Everything you need is here—especially if you love to cook—but you are also by so many fantastic restaurants if want to explore. Perfect for families and groups. Every inch of this unit is gorgeous, down to the last detail. Can’t wait to return!

Great Stay in Maui!

We usually stay on the beach, but this condo on the golf course was a lovely change of pace. The setting was peaceful, with breathtaking views of the trees, birds, and greens. The European furnishings were tasteful and elegant, adding to the overall charm of the space.The open floor plan was airy and fantastic, and the patio doors that fully open made the living area feel expansive and connected to the outdoors. We especially loved having two patios—one for morning sun and the other for afternoon relaxation.Katerina was wonderful—very helpful and responsive.

We have been going to Maui for over 35 years and this is THE BEST condo we have ever stayed in! Everything is new and updated! It is very clean and organized.The split AC units in every room is amazing! The host Katarina is wonderful and was available at all times if we needed anything. This condo has everything you need! We are already planning our next visit!

Stylish European Luxury

Everything about this villa was comfortable, beautiful and very functional. The view from the lanai includes the golf course, the bay and sunsets over Molokai. The built in coffee maker took a minute to figure out, but then provided custom cups of delicious drinks. And Katerina is an exceptional host, responsive to every question and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. My only suggestion is to prepare for a smaller oven than what most American kitchens use. We arrived with five hungry people and a huge pizza, which we had to cook in sections. Otherwise, you will have no worries in this exceptional property.

Family spring break

We had a great time during our stay. My wife and I brought our kids and her parents to Hawaii so we wanted something nicer with multiple rooms. The room with the two beds worked great for our kids and the in-laws enjoyed the lower level room and spent a lot of time on the lanai. We got a lot of use out of the single serving coffee maker! The host was very responsive when we had minor issues and accommodated our extra requests. Thank you so much for a great place to stay!

Nice unit for family stay

Excellent location, walking distance to convenience store, the Montage and Ritz. The host is very helpful. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with equipments and dishes. There is also a covered parking spot that comes with the unit, very convenient I would note that the unit is on the second floor so keep in mind there are external stairs.

Everything we'd hoped for!

This was our family of 6's first trip together to HI. With 2 very tall teens and two 11 yr-olds, it was a bit difficult to find accommodations to suit everyone, but this location was perfect! The home was clean, modern, relaxing and beautiful. In walking distance to 4 beaches. We also loved the pool right close by where we grilled dinner while boys swam and played. Also near by are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery. So very convenient. We would absolutely return to this lovely home.

Memorable Maui Experience

Katerina's villa was a perfect place to stay for our family vacation to Maui. Katerina was more than accommodating and extremely responsive when I asked for suggestions for restaurants, activities and even when I wanted to alter my dates before our stay. The villa was clean, had a beautiful lanai, well stocked kitchen and a great coffee maker! Unfortunately, during our stay we lost electricity one night due to high winds from a passing hurricane. We decided to go for a drive around the north side of the island to get lunch and groceries since nothing around us was open due to the loss of electricity. While we were out, the fires in Lahina started so we were not able to get back to Kapalua or our Villa. We were in contact with Katerina the whole time as she was still in Kapalua. She went above and beyond to pack up ALL of our belongings and meet us at the airport as soon as she was able to leave the area days later while at the same time dealing with the safety of her family and her property -- amazing! She had much bigger things to worry about than our luggage/belongings left at the villa yet she went above and beyond any reasonable expectations and tried to help us retrieve our stuff. Not only would I not hesitate to stay at her villa again, I recommend that anyone visiting Maui in the future contact Katerina. Most importantly, we are praying for a speedy recovery for Katerina, her family, and all affected by the fires on Maui!

Kat was very accommodating and In touch with a variety of ideas and things to do even before the trip. An absolute pleasure to deal with and we plan to go back to her place next time as well. Thanks for making our stay most enjoyable. Cheers!
