Villa was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed and well stocked. The beach chairs and coolers were nice to have. There is a parking area next to the property for local construction workers.

View was incredible. We saw whales from our patio door with amazing sunsets. The kids loved the walkout with some grass and great seating. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Lots of towels for the bathrooms. Floors were easy to keep clean.

This place was incredible! It was impeccably clean and exactly as pictured! It is also located perfectly between two adjacent resorts and several beaches, which are walkable from the property. We had one issue during our stay (our fault, not the property's fault) and it was handled with complete care, professionalism and understanding by the management team, which I appreciated. This was the perfect place for my family and I -- we especially enjoyed the patio and had plenty of space to spread out.

This is our second stay at this property and we absolutely loved it. The home is modern and has all the features you could wish for while still having an authentic Hawaii feel. We loved the lanai and enjoying the views in the daytime and quiet evenings just listening to the waves. We had an issue with a leaking sink mid-way through our stay but it was fixed within the hour and there was zero inconvenience which was fantastic. The only negative about the whole stay is the lack of things like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for the duration of the stay. At 10k for 2 weeks it’s disappointing basic provisions aren’t provided for the full stay.

Beautiful ocean and Molokai views. Impressive patios and sleeping arrangements. Luxurious sheets and towels.The only thing we were not happy about was the inability to stream from any of the large TVs. We even had the management company person but he could not figure it out either. Living room is a little on the small side although it was lovely.

This property was beautiful, the interior matches the pictures perfectly, the views are spectacular, and the location was close to restaurants/bars/golf. I would definitely rent this unit if/when we come back to Maui.

Our family had a awesome time at the villa. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The pictures do a good job capturing the house. The location was perfect! Close to some of the best snorkeling and beaches on the island. The whole area was beautifully manicured. I would recommend this place. Amazing!

Birthday Celebration with friends

We spent the week in this beautiful property for an adults-only vacation. It was easy to find, check-in process was easy and we were welcomed with snacks and other small touches to make you feel right at home. Location was perfect and walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. Access to beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas was very convenient. The property was clean and the pictures were accurate.

Amazing Sunsets

Loved it! Wonderful access to 4 beautiful beaches, Ritz Carlton is an easy walk for lunch and dinner, did 5 mile walks up Pineapple Hill and around the area everyday, little Honolua Market was convenient… the condo was very clean, updated, beds were comfy, the a/c helped with the hot days and the Prosecco and Maui chips were such a thoughtful and fun addition as we got in late and had nothing to eat….thank you for the Aloha Welcome! We will be back!

Maui Spring Break 2024

This property exceeded our expectations and was even larger and nicer than the pictures on VRBO suggested. The property is close to beaches, hiking, resort amenities, great for whale watching from the patio, near several great restaurants and across the driveway from the property pool. My family and I had a great time with my wife and I saying several times that this was one of the nicest and best kept units we have stayed in. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Luxury giant villa with unobstracted views

Much better than pictures. Top appliences, utencils, all-clad pots and pans, feels completely secluded with unobstracted views and lots of green lawn in front of it. Best location.

Very spaciuos modern villa

We stayed in many bay and golf villas in Kapalua and this ridge villa is great. Very modern with new appliances. It is not on a waterfront, but panoramic view of ocean is great. The window A/Cs are a bit loud, but I am a light sleeper. Overall, I would for sure stay here again.

Gorgeous views....

Villa was cleanrenovated, quiet and had amazing views. The pool was average and there were no other ameneties included. I didn't read the listing well enough and should have known but for the price, I assumed there would be access to at least a fitness center. Otherwise, great property with adequate room for a family of 5.
