Great home for a family stay! Three full bedrooms, a sofa bed and 2 car garage. Well stocked kitchen, for all your cooking needs. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on the deck and a soak in the hot tub in the evenings!

Great place for family to stay. Close to 2 beaches (within walking distance). Manager was very accommodating. We needed a location for the bridesmaids to get ready for my daughter’s small wedding. Perfect Maui Location

Walking distance (with infants) to Napili Bay! The wagon and beach toys came in clutch. Excellent communication with the host and check-out was a breeze! Absolutely would stay again!

Awesome time. Kitchen and grilling was so fun. We stop ant Costco and purchased groceries and cooked a lot. Walked to two different beaches with fabulous snorkeling. Hiked coastal trail. Ate at see house. Excellent food.

Fabulous condo

We loved staying here! We have stayed in this condo complex four times now- it is great! The location to walk or drive to our favorite places is easy, and there is room for our whole group. We saved money by cooking at home for some meals, and this place has a great kitchen! It was clean, had everything we needed, and the laundry set up was fabulous! We will stay here again for sure!

Great location. Subpar beds

The house was spacious and the location was key. However, the beds we’re subpar and bed frames were very high. Mattresses had spots that sloped due to use. My parents (70’s) had a hard time getting up and down the beds. The house could also use a deep clean as there was a lot of dust bunnies and bugs behind and under furnitures. The house had had all the amenities needed. The owners were responsive. **If you’re traveling with little ones, be wary of the bedroom and bathroom doors upstairs. They slam shut when it reaches a pivot point. We almost had an incident with our 4yo. where the door almost slammed on her hand.

Close to the beach!

If your looking for a home within walking distance to Napili and Kapalua bay - this is perfect. A short walk to a few restaurants, and a short Uber to grocery stores. Only downside of the property is that a shower was not functioning. For the price - that might have changed our decision about staying here. it was a bit challenging for all 5 to us to use the master after Long Beach days and early mornings. Otherwise the property was spotless! The owner did respond to quickly to messages through the app. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Great location!

I agree with the last review on most points. I believe we may have been the next family to use the condo. The location was outstanding! The last review does a great job summarizing the location. We loved it! Size: I could tell by the pictures that the two bedrooms would be smaller. We went into it knowing that and no one complained. Quality: It was very clean with the exception of kitchen cabinet door fronts. They were dirty and two had sticky stuff down the front. The cleanliness of everything else was very good. I am really picky. condition of items. T.V. in a bedroom not working, door in master bath broken, chair on deck broken. The house did look like it had a lot of remodeling done but not a full remodel that was stated in description. The woodwork was dirty and beaten up. A fresh coat of paint on baseboards would change the feel dramatically. It sounds weird but if you go you will see. We only had one clicker for gate and we were told there would be two. We had two rental cars. Pictures had a hammock - no hammock. :( Supplies: I agree with the last review on this one. We had one bar of soap (small round, size of a silver dollar) and no shampoo. for the price we paid having more T.P. soap and shampoo, dish soap would go a long way. We had to go out and buy it all. That is an easy fix that would not cost that much and would make guests happier. I know that was one of our first impressions and it was a bit frustrating. Oh, and more hand towels and bath towels. There was not enough! I have stayed at a lot of places for this price and these items are expected. Actually, I have paid less and have had these items supplied. Honestly, I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. I would think if the host reads these last two reviews he will fix these small issues and get the 5 stars. Again, the location was great! Cleanliness as well. All it needs is some fresh paint on woodwork, more supplies and fix the few items.

Disappointed.... too small for six adults

We stayed at this property over Christmas week. We paid a premium price for the holiday week, which may have affected our expectations. The highlight of the property is its location. It is across the street from Napili Bay, which is a beautiful little swimming and snorkeling bay, surrounded by somewhat downmarket resort developments, but it is still beautiful. The north end of the bay has the Sea House restaurant, which we used a lot for breakfast and lunch, and along the road is the beginning of the Kapalua Ocean trail, which is a beautiful easy walk along the coast through the Montage Resort and on. A short drive to the north is Kapalua and a bit further the Plantation golf course, which we played and which was one of the highlights of our stay. The unit itself leaves a lot to be desired. We had three main problems with the unit: 1. Size. We were 6 adults and a toddler and this property was simply too small for us. The website photographs are obviously taken with a wide angle lens and all the rooms are much smaller than they look online. This is basically a narrow two floor condo townhouse built above a garage. The living area and the master bedroom are small but reasonably sized, but the kitchen and the two upstairs bedrooms are tiny. Those two bedrooms basically have room for the bed and two small night tables..... they would be okay for children or maybe a single teenager in each, but they were embarrassingly small for two adults in each room. 2. Quality. The words quality, charm, luxury are all a bit subjective and depend on what you are used to. We found the quality of construction, fixtures, and furniture to be inferior to what we expected and what we are used to. Owner claims "Newly remodeled" in the headline, but I doubt it. This is clearly a commercial rental property that has been furnished as cheaply as possible. Maintenance issues included multiple burned out light bulbs, a bathroom door that was falling apart and general wear and tear on furniture and fixtures. 3. Supplies. We found the property very poorly supplied with soap, shampoo, cleaning and paper products. As an example there were 4 rolls of toilet paper in the house. We had to spend our Christmas Day buying toilet paper at the Napili Market...not my definition of premium priced luxury. From the reviews, some people love this property. We were very disappointed. I wish we had stayed in a hotel resort.

Great location and unit however host could be more forthcoming

The place was fantastic. Great beach access and close to shops, restaurants, and food store. This being said we came in on a Friday. Friday through Sunday could have not been more pleasant. Monday thru Wednesday was a totally different story. We woke up Monday morning to pressure washers directly outside the front door. Long story short, painters were there all three days. Taped us into the unit all windows covered with plastic the back deck furniture moved and covered. Painters on ladders everywhere, man lifts in the windows, men and ladders on the back deck. Painter working inside your open front doorway while you are spending anniversary time with your wife. You get the picture. When we booked the place the owner never said a word about the possibility of this happening. Even if he offered it to us for $50 per night we never would have agreed to stay there. When I notified the owner about what was going on he stated that he gave us a “ best discount” never mentioned a word about a “discount” because you would have painters crawling all over the place for three days starting at 8am. I recommend anyone to stay here but just know that you will not be told anything about any possible maintenance upcoming. Would have been nice to use the bbq, deck and spa but not for our trip. We reached out to the owner about compensation and he told yes but we have to leave now. Think about this. Try and find another two night stay in Maui in a hours notice. Very dissatisfied.

Napili Point Condo

We picked this place for the beautiful view of Molokai, and that did not disappoint. Beautiful ocean front view with Molokai and sunsets as the backdrop. Napili was nice, less crowded than other towns/resorts. The condo unit looks better in person than online, very nice place to stay, comfortable for four adults. We knew there were twin beds and a loft upstairs, so that worked for us. Very nice property, snorkeling right outside the condo unit was outstanding, turtles, fish and coral. Had maid service which we did not expect, very comfortable stay. Had additional family staying just up the road in a larger condo (not Napili Point) to accommodate everyone for dinners, cookouts and family time. Would definitely book again.

Relaxed at Napili

Enough room for all of us to spread out and also be together. Napili is the best beach in Maui, in my opinion, and this place is just a few minutes walk away. Ryan was very responsive when the hot tub needed attention. Decor was beautiful, beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer so we could pack light. We loved it here and highly recommend it to others.

Nice rental, good location

My family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights in late July. We found this to be a very nice rental, consistent with the listing and the reviews that we had read prior to our stay. We liked the location and proximity to a couple of beaches and a beautiful ocean trail. The house was clean, well equipped, and everything worked as it should. There's not a lot that I can say positive or negative that has not already been reviewed. The host was easy to communicate with, the check-in process was seamless, and the house was as described. We had everything we needed to go to the beach - chairs, towels, masks, etc. If we made it to the area, we would certainly stay here again.
