This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs as a family of five. We felt so comfortable and at home. It was very clean and stocked and it was nice to play tennis on the court using the rackets and balls provided by the host. They had beach chairs and pool toys even a cooler bag for packing a lunch and heading out. We walked to the coconut market next door for any last minute needs or dining out, that was very convenient. Also coffee shops to walk to every morning, we did utilize the coffee pot in house during our stay as well. There’s a paved walking path was lovely for early morning strolls. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place balcony screened.. the pool was down but it was close to the beach. Also, we had family close they had a pool. Nice to walk around too close to everything!

Beautiful property, great condo

We were thrilled to have an oceanfront condo in Kauai. It was so quiet and beautiful, with its own swimmable beach, and in short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was incredibly well-outfitted in terms of kitchen, TVs, towels and beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

Loved this this place. Everything from checking in to checking out, easy process. Very clean, great view, within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and return.

Great Location, Beautiful Property!

My family and I loved our time at Lae Nani! The proeprty was beautiful, the lanai had gorgeously views of the grounds and ocean, and everything was just as described on the listing. Communication with the property manager was amazing, and the unit had everything we needed to have a great vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Paradise!

The listing does not do the ocean view justice! From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were in paradise. The condo was well decorated and as expected. Walking distance to some excellent dining options. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Spot

The property was beautifully landscaped with a very nice beach on property.Nice swimming pool and plenty of chase lounge to relax in at the pool or on the grass area in front of the beach.The condo is nicely furnished with plenty of room and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and BBQ is close to the unit. The property is in a prime location. We will rent this place again

Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time to Kauai and our first time staying in this rental but hopefully not our last! The beach was even closer to the unit than it appears in the photos. The property is gorgeous, the unit has everything to make for a comfortable stay. Kauai is a magical place! No complaints whatsoever.

Amazing view and great location

The condo is in the best location. Central to both sides of the island. The view from the condo is gorgeous. Many hours were spent on the deck taking in the beautiful grounds and the ocean. Loved having air conditioning in all the rooms. Gated community so we always felt safe and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Above & Beyond Wonderful!

We had the most incredible stay. The property was even better than we imagined in every way! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed to cook for the week, the views were magnificent, the rooms are clean and beautifully furnished and decorated, there is an enormous TV, we absolutely loved it. The ocean is right there, and as two families with little kids, we really appreciated the sectioned off kid area of the beach. Just a few blocks walk from a great vegan restaurant called Russel's, a must visit for brunch or dinner. This was an absolute dream and we hope to come back one day!

Perfect location and view

The view is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoy our stay at this property and would recommend it to all. I wondered if the photos of the view were real when I booked it. The answer is YES! Each morning we walked down the beach trail to watch the sunrise. If you're on the fence about which property to book, this is the one. (:

Perfection

This property was beautiful and quiet. The view from our balcony was like a postcard. One day I let everyone else go off and do their strenuous activities while I just lounged on the balcony and enjoyed the view all day, and considered it a day well spent! The unit was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Restaurants and shops in easy walking distance (especially after we discovered the path from our beach). The location in Kapa’a gives easy access to the airport and the north and south shores of the island.

Exactly what we were looking for

This property is well located, has an incredible view, clean, and fit 5 people comfortably. All communications with Cindy were very pleasant and she was quick to respond. The view from the lanai in the above pictures did not do the actual view justice. Our favorite thing to do during our time at the property was to play card games on the lanai and watch the waves.

Beautiful place... Will definitely stay here again!

The space was absolutely gorgeous and clean inside and out! We were able to relax in the living spaces, enjoy privacy in the spacious bedrooms, and COOK with very little inconvenience. There was a blender, Instapot, toaster, toaster oven, 2 microwaves, oven, large fridge, and even a mixer. The only issue we had was communication with the manager of the place. We reached out via the communication they requested (email and phone), but they never responded to our query.

Absolutely beautiful and convenient location for families

Our family of four (two teenagers) loved our 8 day stay. Perfect location for exploring the north and south side of the island yet so close to all conveniences. The kids walked to Coconut Marketplace several times a day to get shave ice! 😊 The grounds were immaculate, the pool was wonderful and the unit was so nicely upgraded and decorated. Check in was an absolute breeze and the unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler. The property manager was so responsive to questions and concerns and acted almost immediately to address them. I very much appreciated that level of care. We will definitely be back!
