Perfect Kapaa condo

Beautiful and comfortable condo with the perfect location between north and south shores. Equipped with everything needed for cooking, beach days and conveniences like laundry and room to spread out. Property is landscaped with lush tropical plants and truly feels like paradise.

Beautiful property! Right on the beach, and within easy walking distance to the Coconut marketplace and Farmers' Market. Super clean and comfortable! Loved having a full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer.Would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay ever!!!

I’ve stayed on Kauai many times and this was the best property yet. The location with the view of the bay was perfect and tropical decor is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you might need and the beach closet is also well stocked with all the fun stuff. I also appreciate having a unit with a full size washer and dryer instead of the mini stackables you see everywhere else. When I return to Kauai I will definitely stay in this unit again. A Hui Hou!

Family getaway!

My Husband and In-Laws enjoyed 8 nights here. We can’t stop talking about how perfect the condo was. Not only is the location great, but it really is the nicest condo grounds in the area. “Bay Watch” had everything we could need plus more and was very clean. The host was easy to get ahold of. No complaints! We will be back!

Loved being close the Lae Nani Beach. Walked to the Coconut Marketplace several times. Went to the Farmers' Market on a Thursday. Ate several times at Lava Lava Beach Club. Dinner at 1849 (Roy's) and Duke's. Luau too

Schöne stylische Wohnung

Schöne stylische Wohnung - sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. 2. Bett ist etwas klein für 2 Erwachsene aber für 4 Nächte OK. Schöner Pool :-) Nebenan der Lava Lava Beach Club ist super zum Essen gehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We absolutely loved #335. Newly renovated and tactfully decorated. All areas had a loving homey touch. The kitchen was fully outfitted, and the public areas comfortable and well planned. Want to rent again!

Family vacation

This unit was perfect it was clean and had all the conveniences of home the beds were comfortable and the bbq area was also clean. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. A great place for relaxing. The property manager answered the phone and helped us quickly when a smoke detector battery was low. I would definitely recommend and go back.

Perfect location for enjoying the entire Island

This was my second stay in this condo complex. It is a beautiful setting and perfect location for a peaceful place to return after exploring other areas of the island. The condo itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool is really nice too!

Beautiful and Convenient

We loved Lae Nani! The location was ideal for visiting all sides of the island. Kapaa was also great and the restaurants within walking distance as well as the shops made it that much better. We visited the north and south shores and while they were great, we loved the private beaches and the fact that the pool was easy to find a chair. Our girls also loved exploring and walking to get shaved ice, coffee and food! We will definitely be looking at this condo again!

Absolutely Beautiful

Amazing views and sounds of the ocean front condo. This place was perfect for my daughter & I. Incredible beach decor and very comfy beds. Well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Included all the beach items too! Completely exceeded our expectation. The grounds were gorgeous, nice and quiet. Will absolutely stay again. :)

Best View - Best Location!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was totally as described. The grounds are amazing. You can walk to a great restaurant on the beach, as well as shopping and more restsurants! The location on Kauai is perfect for traveling to other locals. Would stay with you again. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely stay

Condo is well appointed with most things you need even a very nice rice cooker. Would suggest a stainless steel scrubber for the pans though (minor suggestion). Looks like the owners had a lot things in mind for their guests. Boogie boards, fishing rods, small cooler, umbrella, are all available another small bonus. Lovely place and location. Definitely on the list of places we will like to use again for future Kauai visits!

Perfect Stay

Fantastic location, walkable to many local shops / restaurants and convenient drive for both north and south Kauai attractions. Beautiful beach and pool, gorgeous views from the lanai. Lovely decor throughout, well equipped, comfortable furnishings. Great communication with host. We had an issue with prior accommodations and Premier Kauai / host went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely stay again on a future visit!!

Great place

This location was great! We loved the beach in front of the unit and the pool on property. The swimming and snorkeling were so easy being beach front! We loved jumping off from a mid point for our adventures around the island. The condo was great! It was updated with AC! The lanai was relaxing and a great place to eat. It was fun being walking distance to a bar with live music and other restaurants and shops. The management company was great! Check in and out were easy and everything went smoothly which I appreciate while on vacation. We hope to visit again!

Lai Nani 2.0

This was our second year in Lai Nani and our condo was amazing. They just finished renovating the unit when we arrived and it was clean and beautiful, the view was amazing and everything worked perfectly. The new decor was comfortable and open, we had a great time.
