Beautiful ocean views with good kitchen appliances. I wish there was a quick guide in the condo with check in info, local recommendations, check out ptocess. Ect.More forks are needed as well as extra shampoo and conditioner but otherwise great place to stay. Good communication with host. I would recommend this condo!

Nice room and great location

Awesome location with a great fun pool. The beach is pretty but very rocky. The room was nice and clean. There was salt and pepper and a nicely stocked kitchen.

A206 - Nice view but musky/moldy smell..

We have stayed at this resort in the past so we were looking forward to another wonderful visit. A206 has lovely ocean views right out in front. Unfortunately we were met with a very musky/moldy smell coming from one of the bathrooms in our unit. We immediately notified the property manager and although they agreed that they could also smell the foul smell there was nothing that could be done without intruding on our space during our stay to open walls and find the cause. The management offered us compensation of 5% of our room cost, but to compound the issue we encountered poor weather on this stay which forced us into our room more then we ever expected to be in there. This forced us to have to deal with the foul smell more then we would have liked and felt that the compensation for essentially cutting us off from half of our unit due to foul smell that made us gag when near, it fell short of what we thought was fair.

Family Holiday

This property was a perfect fit for our group of 10 for Christmas. We rented 2 units and had age 4 through age 80 in our group. It offered a great atmosphere for all of us.

Amazing property and location

Perfect vacation. Beautiful property, oceanfront location. Watched the sunrise every morning. Loved the pool with lazy river and waterfalls. King beds, comfortable sofa. Everything worked and no issued. Exceeded our expectations. Will stay again next trip to Kauai.

Great stay

Overall top quality place. Clean, well stocked kitchen as far as plates, cookware etc. beautiful view from the unit, and very nicely decorated. Only downfall was lack of front desk staff to answer questions, and the 4 BBQ grills are not near enough for most evenings if you plan on staying in for dinner. Usually a wait to cook and the grills don’t get very hot so cooking takes awhile. But we made it work. Beach is nice but very rocky in the water so not many people swimming. Pool however is amazing. My kids swam most nights after dinner till the pool closed at 10. Would stay again next time we come back to the island.

Love this condo!🌴

This is our 3rd time at this condo. This time with kids and grandkids. Everyone loved it. Sat on balcony every morning to watch sunrise. Kids had a blast at the pool! One suggestion would be, if you plan to cook here, bring spices including salt and pepper otherwise you have to buy. Will definitely return 🌴🌞

We absolutely loved this placed! Nicely decorated, beautiful ocean views, and well stocked. We stayed with another adult couple and there was plenty of room in the condo for the 4 of us. We loook forward to visiting again!

Beautiful upscale property

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we were staying at a luxury resort. The ocean views were incredible and the sunrises were breathtaking. The owner was responsive to questions, and the property was clean and well-stocked.

Outstanding!

Absolutely amazing experience! Josh responded to all my questions within minutes. This property is even better than expected which is hard to believe! Dream pool for kids (and patents!). 3 adults hot tubs and one for the family! The unit itself is just incredible. Sparking clean with everything you need to make it home. The view is breathtaking from every room. Will be back for sure. Dream stay.

Outstanding!

From start to finish, our experience here was to notch. I had a lot of questions prior to arriving and Joshua was always responding right away. Upon arrival, everything was beyond what we actually expected. We arrived around 11pm, yet again the condo was so welcoming. TV was quietly playing, AC was on, as well as all lights. We felt home right away. Our toddler took her marks immediately when slept in the convertible couch the entire time. The view. Can't speak enough of that view. Worth every penny. Just breathtaking. EVERY SINGLE room (bed clearly) has an ocean view. Although the advertising photos are beautiful, I actually don't thing it does it justice. We even had a monk seal chilling on the beach right down our windows! We already planning our next vacation there. If you still have any hesitation. Just look this unit NOW before it's gone. Trust me, you won't regret it. Wish I could leave more stars!

This was an EXCELLENT property

This was an excellent property!! It was even better than described and the ocean views/breeze were tremendous! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of storage in the closets and dressers. If you want the ultimate relaxation resort this is the place!! The location is excellent as well close to the airport, easy grocery across the street and convenient to the entire island. You will want to stay extra days here !!

We were in Kauai for our honeymoon and this place was the perfect location! The condo has an ocean front view, great access to amenities, clean, and beautiful! Check in and check out was a breeze! We had some questions during out stay and there were very helpful and responsive through the app as well. Highly recommend and we plan on returning for anniversaries in the future.

Perfect place for family!

The place was great and excellent location!! Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Pool and beach was perfect for kids and adult. Just a heads up it is called a resort but doesn’t really have the resort amenities. It was fine in the end as Safeway was across the street and you could get food and drinks. Plenty of space in the room to store and full kitchen. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Very nice unit w/ amazing view.

Clean and beautiful. Really nice view and phenomenal amenities. Walking distance to all sorts of food options, groceries and a Starbucks. Highly recommend. Only negatives I can think of is the access code for the pool is ridiculously long and the traffic in front of the resort gets pretty bad during certain hours. But neither of those was much of an issue. Had a great time. Oh, and arranging a late checkout was super easy and made our last day much more convenient!
