The owner was very communicative, sent a lot of info on how to check in, navigate the area, and overall really nice and helpful. The facility is very well kept and has a lot of amenities. "This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight...

"Segundo periodo en el que estuvimos alojados en este establecimiento durante nuestro viaje. Al ya tener experiencia para realizar la entrada no nos fue difícil. El contacto con el hotel lo realizamos siempre a través de correo electrónica. No hay recepción en la entrada pero no tuvimos inconvenientes. Mi comentario puede ser el mismo que el anterior. Muy buena zona para alojarse, bien comunicado. Cómodo, con espacio reducido pero suficiente para alojar 4 personas. Dispone de lavadora, pequeño...

"Cutest apartment with everything we needed. Quiet yet close to transportation in a very walkable area. Just a short distance from the beach. Comfy beds, kitchenette, very clean. Not far from groceries and restaurants."
