"Employees are very nice. There is no language barrier. They are very helpful. There is a lot of space in the room. The room is clean, new and comfortable with a lot of space to walk around and to open many suitcases. There are free drinks and snacks in the lobby. There are also free board games, comic books to borrow and even free Nitendo to play in the lobby. The location of the hotel is super convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby."

"We had a very nice stay. The shower, the sauna and private onsen made our day. We wash our clothes and took time to have a pretty nice family time. The view was espectacular saw Mount Fuji the whole day! It is easy to check in and check out, although the check out time is early (10am). We should’ve reserved one more night to stay longer :) late check out is not available. Beds and bathroom are very comfortable. Near the town so there is plenty of small restaurants to eat.. at 3-8’ walk ..Also a...

"Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion "
