A heartfelt thank you to our accommodation in Kangroo Valley and our host Kendal for a truly fantastic experience! It was amazing to have the extended family together while also enjoying some private space. The laughter, the beautiful setting, and even feeding the chooks made it all the more special. It was especially wonderful to have our family pet, Jack, included in the experience.Our stay was part of a family mystery called The Gilded Mask, where everyone dressed in 1800s attire, complete with horse-drawn carriages. It was absolutely magical! A truly unforgettable time, and we can’t wait to return soon.

The property was ao gorgeous and well maintained and comfortable. I wanted to live there forever. The chickens with their fresh eggs was such a cute additional touch. The communication was amazing and they were understanding when the payment notice accidentally went to my junk causing me to initially miss the deadline. I would highly recommended.

Our family had an amazing time at the Wahroonga Property. From the moment we drove through the gates to the property awe were amazed at how beautiful and peaceful it was. The chickens and collecting the eggs was a big hit with our Grandchildren. Then in the evening we would take the grandchildren for walks to se the kangaroos and wombats. Thankyou for a great weekend.

The house was perfect for a family of 10, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Great for adults and kids with the stunning location and views through to chickens, heated pool, entertaining area, bike riding, log fire in the middle of the lake and open fires inside to stay family cosy and celebrate a fantastic 70th Birthday. Everything was there to enjoy the weekend, kitchen well catered for dinners and huge dining area inside. Even the weather gave it all, sunshine, no wind and morning wonderful fog. Thank you to Kendall for managing the property, great communication and very accomodating, thank you.

Ït was a very delightful stay at "Wahroonga". The property is amazing and was just the perfect venue for a family get-together celebrating a milestone birthday. I highly recommend this property. Our host Kendall was amazing and very helpful in every aspect. 10/10

Stayed with 4 generations - perfect for everyone. Big home with a great country family feeling. Kids loved indoor pool and there was plenty of space for everyone. The combustion fire was superb. Heated the house no problem. Kids did not want to leave. Kendall - host was exceptional to deal with. Highly recommend for family stays.

We had such a brilliant stay after our wedding at the Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat. Such a peaceful house filled with lots of fun for both the adults and the kids ! Our little one could not get enough of the chickens and the playground and we enjoyed battling each other in the pinball machine and enjoying a relaxing glass of wine! Is recommend the property to anyone and hope we can come back one day!

Kendall was so lovely to deal with. we got married at the Bush retreat literally next-door. The owners easily arranged a pre-wedding inspection just so we could work out who would have which rooms. And the icing on the cake was we got a late check out which was very helpful on the Sunday. Definitely book as an overflow for a bush retreat wedding.
