We are so glad we found this beautiful place when our original plans to camp in Wombeyan were washed out. Dennis was a wonderful host, stoking the fire for us on arrival, supplying me a large cast iron pot when I asked if they had one at the property and even sharing his book of knots to keep the kids (and adults) busy in the wet weather. The home was warm and inviting with every single thing we needed during our stay. Beds were comfortable, linen was lovely and our kids were kept busy with outdoor cricket, ping pong and pool all supplied outside. We will definitely return to this gorgeous home only 5 minutes drive from town! Thankyou!

Property was amazing for our group of 9. Teen kids loved playing games on the lawn, marshmallows on the campfire. The house catered for everything you need to host a large group. Was super convenient for the town and all the attractions. Dennis was there on arrival to help us with any questions and share recommendations. Amazing stay.

We stayed here as it was close to a wedding we attended. The house was great, with lots of nice natural finishes and touches. The coffee machine made great food which was a bonus. The linen on the beds was comfy as were the beds.

This property is tranquil. What a wonderful place to unwind, relax and kick back. Absolutely nothing else needed. Dennis was a wonderful host. Nothing was an issue. The beds and pillows are comfy, the showers are hot with good pressure and the kitchen is a dream. The fire pit and outdoor areas are sensational. Amazing bird and wildlife to enjoy at all hours of the day. We absolutely would love to stay at Grey Gums again. Thank you

Grey Gums is the perfect house for an extend family get together. The house is large and well equipped to cater for 9 adults. We loved the wildlife which came to visit the gardens, and exploring the property and creek. The fire place made the house warm and cozy. Grey Gums is close to Wild Wood Wedding venue, which we attended for our nieces wedding. Overall we had a fabulous 3 day stay and all of us want to come back again.

A lovely property with spacious grounds and wildlife. A very comfortable house to stay for my daughter’s wedding. Unfortunately the wifi only worked for a few hours on the first day but otherwise was lovely.

We had 8 stay in our group at Dennis beautiful house and property. Ages ranged from 17-81 and we all loved the place. Had a fire at night and outdoor bath under the stars. Played table tennis and pool. The garden is shaded in the afternoon. We would love to come stay again. Thank you Dennis!

Great communication from Dennis. Great stay for a wedding at wildwood. Overall very happy Only thing is I don’t think it should be marketed as 3 bathrooms. It’s only 2 bathroom plus an outdoor shower. Maybe my fault for not looking at the details but when you have 8 girls getting ready for a wedding another bathroom would have been useful

Our stay at Grey Gums was amazing! We all wished we had another night The house was awesome, it was as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had fire wood and kindling. It was so lovely and cosy at night with the fire on. We were a group of 5 girlfriends (40+ 😉) just needing downtime and relaxation. That’s exactly what we got! I would highly recommend staying here. The beds were so comfy 🙌 Dennis and Helen, you have an amazing place and are wonderful hosts Thank you for a great stay 😊

This house is a treat to stay during the day with the lovely design, large rooms and we'll equipped kitchen. During the night, the stars and the bonfire made it even more magical! Everyone in all age groups enjoyed the place , thank you for sharing your house with our family!

The property was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were a generous size and the kitchen well-stocked with cooking implements. The outdoor fire-pit was a hit and we enjoyed watching the kangaroos grazing in the morning mists.

We stayed for two nights with two kids and my parents. My older son was kept busy with the ping pong and pool table while the baby loved crawling on the lawn. The outdoor fireplace was a hit with the family and we loved roasting marshmallow and sweet potatoes under the stars. Overall a wonderful and relaxing stay and we would love to be back soon.
