Absolutely Beautiful!

Amazing vacation

Gail’s beautiful property is everything described in the listing. We enjoyed every day and have no complaints. The studio is well-stocked with necessary supplies and so very comfortable. Gail is very clear about her expectations and there were no surprises. Would love to return some day!

Remote Working with a View

As a digital nomad/remote worker, I found the detached rental home to be perfect for working and relaxing. It was in a nice location that had beautiful mountains to the right and back. The ocean view from the kitchen table was priceless. It was great to view as I worked. The interior was organized and nicely decorated with quality appliances. The interior washer and dryer was handy as well. One thing to note is that the wifi worked great on my computer while working inside the rental. The wifi signal on my cell phone was better outside though. The host Gail was nice. She walked me through the interior and exterior of the rental where shared (two other cottages on the property) recreational storage, trash cans, and a grill was located. She also went over the laminated rules about the rental and property. She took care of anything that came up. She also gave me a papaya to enjoy. It was a relaxing stay overall with no problems getting to and from the location with Lyft. Even grocery delivery services like Shipt were able to deliver when necessary.

Lovely windward getaway

Gails’s place is lovely. The view out the front is spectacular and we enjoyed just sitting down by the ocean taking in the breeze. A bit of a drive to Honolulu this is the perfect spot to get away from it all!

A great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay on Oahu! The space is kept very clean, and it was filled with every amenity/furnishing we could ask for. The appliances worked very well, check-in/check-out was simple, and the place looks exactly like the pictures. The beds/pillows/sheets are comfortable, and the shower water is hot and well pressured. The A/C works incredibly well, and the location is a bit out of the way, which provides serenity, while not being too far from everything since the island is so small. Our vacation was incredible partly because this place delivered in every way possible.

Perfect Windward Getaway

Gail’s property is conveniently located just north of Kaneohe, in a quiet and peaceful setting with magnificent views. We were looking for something more “country” for our stay, away from the city, and this property was perfect. The house was clean and accommodating, but the real gem was the backyard, which back ups to the water with a dramatic Mountain View. Although you can’t really swim here, my husband had I enjoyed eating dinner and having drinks using the provided chairs and tables in the evenings. We would stay here again on future trips. Mahalo!

Four Nights in Paradise

After living in Chicago's Covid atmosphere for 9 months arriving at this cute house with it's amazing view was a welcome relief. This studio has everything you need, including a welcome beer and some Chocolates. We watched spectacular sun rises and whenever we weren't exploring the island we were sitting down by the water. Gail is a great host, informing us about local places to eat and attractions to see. Can't wait to return to this little bit of paradise.

Unfortunately our stay here was cut short by fears of the COVID-19 virus. This property was fully furnished and clean upon arrival. Gail was very quick in responding to answer all my questions. We hope this rental is available when we return to finish our vacation.

Cozy, clean and just what we needed

Nice little studio! Super clean, extras like a shopping bag, sunscreen and the Chocolates in the fridge were nice surprises! Street behind the unit is a little busy but we found with windows closed it was very quiet. My only complaint is, I’m a runner and I tried running on that road and it was awful. I prefer wooded trails to pavement anyway, but when traveling I take what I can get. At this house I was trapped and had to drive elsewhere and just live with hiking. Not the worst thing, just an unexpected frustration.

This property was just beautiful! It had everything we needed. Nothing was very far away. Gail was helpful and was there when we needed her but didn’t hover so We felt at home rather than like visitors. Not sure we will come back but if we do this would definitely be a place we would love to return to.

Fantastic Country Stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful, with direct access to the water. The cottage was as advertised, and quite comfortable. We definitely appreciated the little details, like extra sun screen, soaps, etc. Gail was fantastic to deal with. She's super friendly and responsive, and a good resource to use for local dining spots. We found we weren't wanting to leave when our time was up. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

This is a gem in the perfect location between the north and south shores. It’s quiet and tranquil, yet it’s easy to get to the busy city if you so choose. I can’t say enough good things about the owner! She is fabulous and very responsive. We want to make this our annual get away!! I would not want to be anywhere else! It’s perfect in every way.
