We got a message from the hotel on WhatsApp that our room was not available. I messaged back through expedia and got no response so i assumed it was a scam.
When we arrived, we were told no rooms were avaliable. They made arrangements with the hotel next door for us to stay. We didnt have time to look for another hotel so we accepted. We had breakfast included with the hotel and that was not offered at the new hotel. It was a dingy old place. When we asked about breakfast, the lady,padmini, said breakfast was available at the other hotel. She just wanted to take our money but didn't care about whether we were provided the service.
Next morning we came back to the hotel to request the room we had paid.
