"Came as part of a trip around Europe. This hotel is one of the most beautiful and wonderful places I have ever visited. Better than the pictures and the description. Truly amazing, the view of the mountain from the room, breathtaking. The well equipped kitchen and the feeling of being taken care of is great. The property is brand new, everything spotless and with a warm taste that makes you feel cozy and just so happy. I hope I can return soon it is just a magical place. "

"The worst, the bed bugs. They bit us and we had to kill many of them, full of blood. Also spiders, roaches, lettuce inside the drawers, a lot of dust and dirtiness below the bed, hairs in the towels,…a real disaster. "

"The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station. There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour. Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside. Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. "

"Perfectly located (only a couple of minutes from Wengen train station). The apartment is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The balcony is lovey (big table that sits 6 people) and there is a BBQ! Else the electric lock on the entrance door is really convenient as it avoids the need to exchange keys (and potentially loose them). All in all the region is spectacular and one of the prettiest we got to see in our 10 days trip to Switzerland. We love Wengen and this is the second time we stay...

"We had such an amazing time at the Chalet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Even had a parking spot for our car. Location is very ideal to Interlaken and other surrounding areas. "We loved our stay in Lauterbrunnen, and this property was a wonderful choice for our group of three couples. The location is excellent—just steps from the bus stop and with a lovely trail that leads directly into town.A few areas could use improvement. The mattresses, particularly in the loft, were quite uncomfortable, and the ones in the bedrooms felt close to worn out.
