"All I wanted was a safe and dry place for one night on the way to Melbourne for me and my dog Sooty. Unexpectedly, I came across this beautiful haven with such lovely people hosting! "We love the farmstead. So much to do, short drives to waterfalls and rivers, or chill on the deck watching the cows, feeding the sheep, or just stare into the distance at the amazing scenery. "The cottage was amazing and the facilities were fantastic, especiallythe open fire. Only criticism, we ran out of firewood and kindling on our first night of a two night stay and had to purchase our own firewoodand kindling. The reason given is that some guests steal the wood. So they only provide firewood for one night, though we paid for two nights accommodation. Bring your own firewood."
