Amazing home away from home

We had an amazing stay on the big island. The house had ample space and the amenities that come with the house at a fee like access to the two resorts was phenomenal. There is a wagon and boogie boards in the garage which is so helpful! I would recommend this house without reservation and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful kohala coast home

Spacious and beautiful home. Hosts were kind, helpful and attentive to all our needs. Communication was prompt. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We hope to be back next year.

Great stay!

The home was very clean and the property managers were very accommodating. The house had a few opportunities as there was some construction happening that blocked the view as well as a few kitchen necessities were missing. Overall, it was a great home, beautiful and would go back again.

Great space for 8 adults.

This place was large, exceptionally clean, with immaculate gardens but the best bonus was the amount of supplies the owner left for our use, enough to easily last our 10 days in this lovey home. (Kitchen supplies for cooking and storage, house supplies such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo, Beach supplies such as towels and chairs) Our family enjoyed the large pool, the easy walk to 2 beautiful beaches and also loved using the small golf course that is within the gated community, free use with the rental and only a 4 minute walk.

Vacation home in paradise

This is the second annual trip here for our family and it's the perfect location for easy access to Mauna Kea beach and restaurants, while at the same time giving us privacy to relax at home and enjoy the pool. The house has everything we need, it's clean. the managers are quick to communicate, and it's a quiet neighborhood. We'll be back next year!

Home and location are great. They disclosed there was construction next door and that the house was in the finish stag. Not the case heavy and loud construction that starts at 7am. The house will not be complete for at least another year.

Perfect Location. Perfect Ammenities. 5 STARS

Gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing fresh meals. Roomy with good section of needed items. High end appliances in perfect working order. 4 spacious bedrooms. The two masters are an oasis to rest and relax. Most of all the private pool and hot tub with spacious seating, high end grill, and extra seating made outdoor living spectacular. Warm afternoons reading on the lawn chairs. evening playing yard games and cards. It was a family vacation with four adult couples. Beach access, club access, golf in the morning...all perfect activities and additions. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous & Comfortable Escape

We loved this townhome! It was spacious, private, and incredibly relaxing. The manager was responsive and helpful the few times we reached out. The location was excellent, with both the Hapuna and MKBH within easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to returning next summer!

Highly Recommend

My family and I stayed here in July 2021 and we had a wonderful time. We stayed with another family and altogether we had 4 adults and 4 boys ranging in age from 4 - 6 yrs old. The layout of the house is ideal for 2 families as there are two primary suites. The location near both the Hapuna Westin and the Mauna Kea made this a perfect location as we had our own space and private pool but access to the resort amenities (for an additional fee). The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The property in front of us was under construction during our stay so the ground floor ocean view was blocked and the golf carts were not available so that is why I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing. That being said, the property manager and owner worked with us to find solutions so overall we were very pleased and I highly recommend this property for a dream vacation.

Hawaii 2021

Great property for families. We had 6 adults and two 3 year olds and had plenty of room. The outdoor pool was a playground for the 3 year olds and we were in it daily. The Mauna Kea and Hapuna Beach resorts are within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor bbq center works well for groups of all sizes. The tiki touches add a special Hawaiian touch to the evenings. Loved it! We will be back.

Perfect island escape!

A wonderful home with ideal location walking distance to the beach and both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels. We loved everything about this home and our stay, especially the pool, hot tub and large grass backyard that was our kids haven for evening play. Kai and the property management team are great, super responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back and hope to secure this perfect island escape again!

Love the location

Great access to beaches with the golf carts. We had a 5yo and a 2yo who still needed a nap so location to beaches was great. 2yo could get back for her nap and 5 yo could stay at beach or head back to house and swim in pool while 2 yo napped Worked really well for 6 adults and 2 children. My only complaint is bring your own sharp knives 😆

Great house, location - perfect for a family or friend get together.

Property manager was helpful pre arrival with the booking and logistics. Upon arrival we had access to another couple that answered all questions specific to the house. Truly a professional/resort feel to how this property is managed.

‘Amazing’ is often overused but...

Our family vacation (three generations comprised of 7 adults and 4 children ages 3-10) in this property was amazing. The townhouse is large, open, and beautiful. The home offers every amenity from superbly-stocked kitchen (spices and mustard!) and bathrooms (shampoo and makeup remover!) and laundry room (detergents, endless towels and 2 dryers!), to linens, electronics, board games, pool floaties, and beach toys. The auxiliary bedding (roll always and fold out sofa in bedroom) is appropriate for children ages 8 and under. The house is quiet, the view incredible and, of course, the small, lit backyard pool and lounge chairs are perfect for morning coffee, watching the kids swim, and evening cocktails. If you’re lucky enough to be there over the 4th of July, the lanai is the perfect place to view the resort’s fireworks display. For a luxury rental, the furniture overall is family friendly (and actually showing a bit of wear on chairs inside and out). The two golf carts for accessing the club house* or for beach access at Mauna Kea are perfect! The golf clubs in the garage were marginally adequate for the practice golf course so if you’re serious about golf, bring your own. The property managers were available, communicative and helpful prior to arriving and during the stay. I’d strongly recommend paying the daily resort fees and we particularly enjoyed the beach and pools at the Hapuna Westin. The views and beaches at both resorts are breathtaking. *The on-property clubhouse and amenities are awesome (fitness center, pool, cabanas, practice golf course). Unfortunately the clubhouse personnel is as politely UNfriendly as possible in an effort to discourage renters (vs owners) from using the serene, spa-like environment.

A dream vacation spot

I celebrated my 60th Birthday in this beautiful villa with my husband, our four grown kids, their spouses and our grand children ranging in age from 7 years to 3 months . We go to Hawaii every year and this home is now our favorite place to stay. Kai was extremely helpful and responded to my many concerns about the erpuption of the volcano to the hurricane that missed the island. Upon arrival Shelly the property manager met us to go over ever detail of the property and was so attentive. The vacation not only met ever expectation, it far exceeded it. The location is incredible, the outdoor kitchen was fabulous, the home was large and comfortable, and the bedding was luxurious. Words cannot express our gratitude and happiness with this property, we Will Be Back.

Great location for a family get together!

We rented the Big Island Villa for a family vacation. It was perfect. The house, grounds, pool, the two golf carts and the bicycles, not to mention the community pool and three hole three par golf course were so much fun and made the trip even more enjoyable then it typically would be. Hard to believe! Lastly the volcano is not an issue. We had one day of mild VOG. Not enough to effect anyone's plans. Great place!

Paradise awaits!

What a beautiful well maintained home with a stunning ocean view. Our large family loved all the amenities this home offers. The golf carts were a favorite, loved the closeness to the workout facility and the use of the pools at Hapuna Prince and Mauna Kea. Well stocked so before you go to the market, I suggest going to the home. They have all the staples you need and more. We enjoyed the pool at the house everyday. The property managers were responsive to all our needs and Kai was so great to work with from the start. Highly recommend this vacation rental, hope to be back someday and bring my grandchildren as it is well suited for small children too!
