We loved the floor plan, the setting next to the golf course and location that was in walking distance to the resort and to the local grocery store. Was also about a 30 minute drive to the Kona airport.

Hawaii 2025 visit

This property was great. The kitchen has a great open design to accommodate larger groups. Everything we needed was at the condo. The condo was nice and close to the pool.The pool could have been a little warmer as it kept us from wanting to swim in the evenings.

Great Property

Great location, walking distance to the grocery and to the Fairmont hotel. This condo is also located next to the pool and gym. You’ll need a car to get to the beach and other activities which is common in this area. But the Mani Lani beach access included is great.

Prune some of the branches in the back which impede view of the golf course.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host allowed us to check in a little earlier than scheduled, which we were grateful. The rental was just as pictured. There were seven adults so it was perfect. There is one thing that we all thought was a negative, and that was there were not enough towel bars in the bathrooms. There were only one towel bar in each bathroom, so one of each couple had to hang their towel over a suitcase or something else. One other thing (and I remember seeing another review mentioning the same thing) and that was that you were unable to see some of the golf course because of the big bush/tree blocks the view. Otherwise it was a great stay, location is great!

There was a total of 14 of us and we rented both 121 and 125 which gave everyone plenty of space. We have stayed at KaMilo five times over the past ten years and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. SRP Management has been very responsive and easy to work with. We can’t wait to return again.

One of the highlights was the private beach at Mauna Lani Beach Club, which was perfect for snorkeling and paddle boarding.Mike was an exceptional host, always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. He gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit, which greatly enhanced our experience.Having rented many houses over the years on the Big Island, I can confidently say this was the best one. Amazing Week at KaMilo!

Reviewer Comments: The vacation stay at KaMilo on the Big Island was everything I dreamed a retirement getaway would look and feel like. The home is beautiful, spacious and has all the amenities one could possibly need - it was our second stay there! Mike was the host extraordinaire, checking in with us regularly and recommending unique and memorable experiences for our party of 8. There is a private beach club that comes with the experience - this year, Mike led us on walks through lava caves and a a free "fish pedicure" along the walk. The Big Island offers so many different terrains and areas to explore - and it's not overly crowded or touristy! We had a great breakfast at the Coffee Shack and a delicious dinner at Merriman's. All around, wonderful and memorable stay - I would add more stars if I could. Thank you, Mike!

Reviewer Comments: We were upgraded from friend Cary’s condo. Upgrade was an understatement. The condo was unreal! Extremely well laid out and furnished with two master bedrooms. We took turns sleeping upstairs then downstairs. The showers were incredible and I plan to change our master bath to similar construction. The location was great and close to everything. I would recommend it to anyone.

I would give this place 5 stars resort since the house is so big with nice view of the golf course. The house equip with everything you need from cooking wares, cable tv, fast internet, snorkeling gears, swim gears, beach towels, and etc. There 4 large bedrooms with 3 restrooms. You have lanai view from the rooms downstairs and upstairs as well. You won’t get this type of golf course view anywhere. You also have access key to private beach and pools from the resort area. Our host was very friendly and attentive who has been such a wonderful concierge as well. He has everything prepare and well maintain in the house. You must book this rental property as your stay in Kona.
