This place had absolutely everything we needed. All kitchen utensils and amenities, super comfortable bed, beach gear and perfect location! We had to ride out a pretty big storm for a couple of days and were so grateful for the comfort we could storm watch in! And on nice days it was a short walk to the beach and some excellent snorkeling.

We have stayed in a few Mauna Lani condos over the years and this is the one we will come back to again. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and we did cook. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the lanai captures it all. The G building is ideally located. Donna the host is very quick to respond to inquires and accommodating. This is a great one bedroom condo at Mauna Lani Terrace.

This property was amazing. It was very clean, well appointed, and fully stocked. The lanai was spacious and had plenty of seating to enjoy morning coffee, dinner, and a glass of wine in the evening. Beautiful spot in paradise

The condo was fantastic! Everything was as advertised and more. Loads of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.), the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It has everything you need for a wonderful, stress free vacation! The Beach Club Access was key in our booking. It is one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. Great location on the Mauna Lani property. You are walking distance to the main hotel which has great options for B/L/D. We would 100% come back again!

Lovely property and high-end condo with all of the accommodations you could ask for. The pool was beautiful and the beach was an easy walk.. can you fill it with premium please? The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Great Unit-Great Host!

Once again we had a great stay. This unit is one of the best in the complex- good location: short walk to the pool, unit is well furnished and well equipped. Donna is super responsive and goes above and beyond. Her designation as a Premier Host is well deserved!

Home away from home on the big island

Great property…super clean…extremely comfortable. Easy walking access to great beaches and great restaurants. The pool/cabana area was newly remodeled and underutilized. Had the entire pool to ourselves on multiple occasions. The many fish ponds near the property were cool to walk around as well. Great spot would definitely go back!

Mauni Lani Terrace condos

Very nice 1 bedroom property with plenty of space; well furnished and well appointed; just as presented if not better. Great view and location. Very large lanai that was very enjoyable. Condo buildings are not well marked so a bit of trouble finding our building the first night in the dark. Key pad to enter the complex was also a bit difficult to locate in the dark. Once we were settled, had a great time.

Wonderful Condo Great Location

I was very pleased with my stay. The condo was very clean, well appointed and is in a terrific location. Steps to the ocean and an easy walk to the beach club, the hotel and the shops. I did have an issue with the fridge when I arrived. Donna was very responsive and tried her best to resolve the problem. Fortunately it wasn't a big issue. Only a couple of suggestions, have a binder with all the info needed from check-in to check-out as well as suggestions for people not familiar with the area. For anyone interested in cooking stock up on your basic items as what's in the condo is hit or miss, the counter space is limited but workable and the pots and pans a beginning to reach the end of their life. All in all a great place and will definitely be back!!

Big Island paradise

My recent stay at The Terrace in Mauna Lani was nothing short of spectacular. As frequent visitors to the Big Island with Ohana living in Hawaii, we've come to appreciate the Mauna Lani area, and The Terrace proved to be the ideal haven within this beautiful resort paradise. The condo itself is a gem, boasting spaciousness, warmth, and impeccable provisions. It's abundantly clear that the hosts have gone the extra mile to ensure guests' comfort, as every detail from the furnishings to the amenities was thoughtfully curated. The sense of welcome envelops you as you step in, setting the tone for a truly relaxing vacation experience. However, the crown jewel of this stay undoubtedly lies in the exclusive access to the beach club. The beach club has retained its charm and intimate atmosphere despite its growing popularity over the years. The allure of having your own private beach, complete with excellent swimming and snorkeling opportunities, is truly unparalleled. I was disheartened to find out that Uncle Gary's beach rental shack is no longer a part of the scene. (a story and rant for a different day). I must commend Donna, our point of contact, for her exceptional communication throughout our stay. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist added an extra layer of convenience to the entire experience. If you're reading this review while considering a stay at The Terrace, rest assured that you need not look any further.

We’ve stayed at a number of units in the Mauna Lani Terrace and chose to return to this one. It’s a short walk to the pool and grills and it’s one of the nearest units to the beach club(5 min walk). The unit is well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and there are plentiful beach towels as well as beach equipment and toys

Didn’t want to leave

This property is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked, the water equipment eg snorkels greatly appreciated. 40 mins drive from Kona so it is well and truly far from the crowds. The beach is lovely and a pleasant stroll past fishponds. Access to restaurants at Mauna Lani and “The Shops” is great. The golf course was also beautifully presented and very enjoyable to play. (North) . Sitting on the Lani, enjoying the beautiful gardens and fishpond with ocean in the background so relaxing. Would love to return here
