Beautiful property

My family and I loved our stay here. The home is just as beautiful as in the photos, the location is great, and the property manager was very communicative. The beach club was a hit. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Diamond of a rental

We've stayed in a number of different properties at Muana Lani but this one really stands out! Very clean and well appointed. Everything was in good working order... even the ice maker on the fridge!

Wonderful family vacation

Great place to stay- vacation with toddlers isn’t easy, but the access to the beach that is nice and sandy, has plenty of seating and calm waves was perfect for us. In addition we were a 30 second walk to the pool that was beautiful as well. The condo was spacious, well equipped and surpassed our expectations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Very comfortable, nice amenities, and great location!

Unit has a very nice spacious layout. Well equipped. Nice pool only a short walk away. Beach club access was even better than expected.

Great place!!

We stayed for an initial 8 days…then our flight was canceled and thankfully was able to extend it until we could reschedule our flight. So comfortable, well appointed, clean, well kept and nice furnishings! Will come back to this condo for sure!

Clean and convenient with lots to do.

We really appreciated having access to the beach and all the beach supplies in the house. The pool was super easy to get to and such a nice alternative. The house was very clean. The local grocery store, manta excursions, proximity to The Ironman biking route we’re all unexpected bonuses!!

Amazing hale in Muana Lani!

We’ve stayed at a dozen properties at Muana Lani and we all agreed this was the best. The house was immaculate; very clean and very well appointed. All the appliances work, even the ice machine in the refrigerator! Beach gear was great! To top it off they left us an amazing Mac nut pie as a gift! Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location

The renovation on this unit is outstanding. The kitchen tools available were the best of any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. This stay was just two of us, but a family of 4 or 6 would be perfectly comfortable here. Kids can be upstairs and parents can have the whole lower level. Neighborhood is very quiet. Location is good - few minutes drive to the market and a few more minutes to the beach club. Oh - and the beach equipment available was fantastic.

Mauna Lani Condo

We loved staying at the Mauna Lani Fairways. This home was large and just right for our family of 5. We really appreciated the beach toys/boogie boards/snorkels and pool noodles. The unit is steps away from the community pool which the whole family enjoyed daily. The home was pleasant to be in, very roomy and clean. The included pass to Mana Lani Beach Club was priceless. We used it everyday as it offers access to private parking yards away from the secluded beach. Great location close to the Shops, Waikaloa shopping and about 25minues to Kona airport. Great communication with the property manager as well...we accidentally forgot our check-out date an they kindly accommodated us for another night. 10/10 would recommend staying here, especially if you want a low-stress beach experience!

Fantastic stay in Mauna Lani

Our first stay at this community and we’ll definitely be back. Convenient to the airport, Kona, and Waimea, if you decide you don’t want to leave the community property you’ll still experience some of the BI’s gems. The club pool is a 30 second walk out the back door and the beach club is a short drive. The beach club was overrun by 10am, so be sure to grab the chairs and umbrella from the closet (nice!) or get there early to enjoy the club provided chairs/cabana chairs. Foodland, coffee, and restaurants within the walking distance. We enjoyed the luau at Fairmont Orchid, casual dinner and beer at Island Hopper, and a day-long BI circle tour through Wasabi Tours (ask for Dreu - he’s amazing!). The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return! Mahalo!

Overall, the property was fine. I stayed in a townhome in 2017 with the same floorplan (subdivision across the road) That rental had nicer furniture, and the pool areas were superior. The pool area at this complex had a gazebo with no amenities and served as storage for some construction materials. The chief complaint I have about the unit is entirely about furnishings. The master bed was uncomfortable and the kitchen table chairs were horrible. Outside chairs way more confortable

Great place, needed some maintenance

Wonderful location and amenities Photos are not of the property so doesn't represent the furniture or physical layout. Everything was great except the refrigerator could not cool but was able to make ice packs to keep food cool during the stay, a few lights were not working, microwave didn't work properly. Maintenance person came within a day, fixed the lighting, unable to fix the microwave or fridge - he measured that the ice packs we made kept the internal temp to around 44F, so adequate. Great access to pool, private beach access. very comfortable to stay in. Just needed a little more focus on the maintenance. Hope they had the refrigerator fixed before the next customers

Beautiful townhome in tropical paradise

We enjoyed our stay here. The community hot tub was not functional the last half of the week which was a disappointment. The WiFi went down the second day of our stay. We rebooted the router and modum and the WiFi did not reset. The instructions at the unit say to call Spectrum if we had difficulty. I called Spectrum and they did not have any property listed at that address. I contacted the property manager at this point and they were able to get someone out to look at the internet disruption the next day. I think better instructions on where and how to reset the router would have been helpful as well as accurate instructions of who to call when a disruption occurs. Overall our stay was very pleasant. We enjoyed the gated community and the townhome and had a great vacation.
