Perfect stay for a big family trip. Even with 10 adults and a baby, the house had comfortable amount of space. Clean, comfortable, and modern interior. Easy access to the beach and scenic walks on the Mauna lani property. Mike, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed and was easy to communicate with.House amenities: plenty of cookware and utensils, towels and beach towels.Beach gear: boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel gear.Baby gear: pack-n-play, booster seat.Resort acces: There is one card for access to Mauna lani beach club. Two keys to the rec center, which has a pool and gym

A Amazing place! Wish I could rate even higher! A

Wow! This place is a gem! The location is great, in a beautiful lush, quiet neighborhood - even walking the trash to the drop off site was awesome since you were seeing billions of stars and the Milky Way! There was ample space for everyone. The place was clean and had everything we needed from extra towels and many beach towels to pots and pans in the well appointed kitchen. The owner/property manager was super responsive and eash to reach via text - even after the trip when I realized I left my wallet when I was already back in NC. Super nice, super comfy, I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to stay! :)

Convenient to pool and beach which was great. The rooms were spacious and bedding and towels were good. The gas grill is a little dated but did work just didn’t get too hot.. The washer and dryer auto sensing did not work but we were able to work around it.Loved the aquatic tubes, masks, snorkels in garage which was pleasant surprise!

Nice property but lacking in some essentials

Mike is a nice guy who let us check in early and was extremely responsive when we needed additional dishwasher soap. This property is large enough for 10 adults to stay but does not have enough dishes in the kitchen to support that many people easily. There are also a lot of HOA things that make the property less inviting including a gate with a code that is not easy to enter from the driver seat of your car. Overall a nice place to stay though with a pool nearby and grocery stores just down the road. But i don’t think I would return.

Spacious accommodations and great location.

We stayed at this rental for almost 3 weeks and loved the location. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group and was spacious enough that we felt we all had personal space.There were plenty of towels and bedding and the house was well equipped. The only complaints were that the house could use a little TLC with the walls being painted and the carpet and furniture cleaned. Also, the patio furniture could have been more comfortable and was minimal. Knives in the kitchen could be upgraded as well as they were very dull.The pool and the fitness facilities were top notch and we loved the area. Great place for a large group.

Adventures in Paradise

A wonderful 4-bedroom property in beautiful Mauna Lani, with every convenience close by, from the best off-property beach to the best on-property beach, restaurants, great grocery story, Costco, Target, Tommy Bahama …… all within a short walk (grocery and Tommy Bahama) or drive. Horse back riding is 35 to 45 minutes away, near Waimea, the Volcano is a beautiful two hour drive around Mauna Kea, which was a joy to see at Sunrise and Sunset. The property had every convenience you could ever want. We needed nothing more than groceries and sun tan lotion! Mike Sigwota was a great property manager always getting back to us immediately with answers to any questions we had. Superb! This was a family outing with kids and grandkids , and they all had a wonderfully, memorable time. They can’t wait to come back to build more memories. Five Star!

The perfect week

Our house was outstanding. Modern, open plan, nice furniture, great location and a fully supplied kitchen. Thoughtfully supplied with beach equipment and great snorkel gear. Access to the private beach was the most beautiful beach experience that we have ever had. We had our whole family which consists of 6 adults and 4 children and we had ample beds and space for us to be comfortable. It was a perfect week and will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location, beautiful home!

The reservation and check in process was very easy. We received all of our code (gate and door) well ahead of time. When we arrived, a box of cookie greeted us on the counter, what a nice surprise! The home is open, well-equipped, and easy to access. The gated neighborhood offers easy walking, and the community pool was nice. The house is about 1/2 mile from the petroglyph park (definitely recommend), 1/2 mile from shopping, and everything else you need is near-by. We used the free access to a private beach, twice, and it was fantastic! If we ever return to the big island, we'll definitely stay at this property again!

This was a great contemporary resort home and development to bring our family together. The management was professional and responsive when we encountered a few minor glitches. The access and proximity to the beach club, and the pools made this an unbeatable choice in Kona!

Great Family Hawaiian Vacation House

Great place to relax

The property was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and had a great layout. We were 2 families of 4, with teens. Enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the store. Beach is farther than we thought, but not crowded and decent snorkeling. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Appreciated all the beach towels, chairs, and snorkeling equipment.
