We had a truly meaningful time together as three generations of our family, including my parents.Dining at the house while overlooking the golf course felt very elegant. In the morning, we could see Mauna Kea in the distance and enjoy the pleasant, gentle breeze, which made the stay even more relaxing.Within a five-minute drive, there are golf courses, a private beach, and a supermarket, making the location extremely convenient.The owner is very responsive and communicates directly, so even if any issues arise, there is no need to worry.Highly recommended.

Easy contactless check in, beautiful pool area, “private” beach area- parking was conveniently close to beach (you get a keycard for the gate to the lot) the parking for those not staying at the resort isn’t close so it isn’t convenient for people to come to this beach so makes it more “private”Home was spacious-2 bedrooms upstairs with attached bathrooms (1 is the Master) main floor bedroom has unattached bathroom. There’s also a pullout couch bed and pack and play to use if needed. Lots of beach items to use(owners provided some and guests have left extra stuff behind) beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel sets, cooler and ice packs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach tent (didn’t use so not sure how big) 2 bikes, and other items! Kitchen has most items you would require to cook meals-items missing that would of been helpful…a baking sheet for pizza/fries, usable can opener, strainer for pasta(the one they had was a salad spinner strainer), it was nice to have a selection of spices available that other guests have left, bbq and outdoor sink was nice and convenient (although lighting the grill was tricky, so be careful) Pots and pans could use updating the Teflon was really scratched. Cleaning fee we found to be a bit high, considering there was dust pretty visible , and finger smudges on doors on contact points. But overall we found the home was a good price in a beautiful landscaped area with beautiful views. The host was pleasant and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay! The Mauna Lani area is wonderful and the Golf Villas was a quiet area. We felt like we were alone in the area - no noise or distractions. Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was a huge plus. It's beach was incredible and made for some of the best snorkeling we've ever done as a family. This would be an excellent and spacious option for larger families.

Generally a good location. The beach access was this condo was incredible - just down the road the beach has a wonderful restaurant, small crowds, and a delightful walking path through the fish ponds with lots of fish to the Mauna Lani. The kitchen and bathrooms were a little tired and the toilet seats in all three bathrooms do not fit the toilets and need to be replaced. The biggest issue was the check out process. Never had a place that did not allow you to leave the dishwasher and dryer running. This meant an absurd amount of cleaning for us on our last morning to the point that we should not be paying a cleaning fee.

Wonderful vacation property! Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our Big Island Hawaiian vacation. The condo is spacious, clean and well-stocked. We particularly enjoyed the lovely back patio and view. Resort swimming pool is clean, beautiful and not crowded. Beach chairs and toys were plentiful in the garage and one smallish cooler, but I would suggest to plan on renting beach umbrellas.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is inviting comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared several meals there. The spice cabinet is well stocked but you will need most everything else. Highly recommended to stay here

We had an amazing stay. We had other family with us who stayed in the same complex and this unit was by far the best unit out of all of them. Well equiped, comfortable and great lay out. Hope to come back soon!

Mostly fine

We always enjoy our stays on the Big Island and especially like this location. We appreciate the three bedrooms and baths. The units are well supplied with kitchen items. There are a few things that gave me concern: 1. I chose the unit because I recognized the furniture and thoroughly wanted that same one,N5. Instead we were assigned C5. 2. The televisions would only play local stations although there was some streaming available. When the property manager was informed on the day after we arrived, Tuesday, she made excuses until she fixed the problem on Saturday. 3. The unit was not very clean and the property manager was informed of this but made no apologies or explanation. 4. Although we were told to clean out the refrigerator, wash sheets and only leave two loads of wash, the refrigerator held many of the previous tenants’ groceries.

Great Place for Family Vacation

The property was clean and had a great Hawaiian vibe. It's just a short walk to the pool and the trash center was very close by which was convenient. The A/C unit was powerful and cooled the house down almost immediately. The lanai was wonderful and relaxing with foliage providing privacy and shade. The host was responsive and helpful with the only phone call we needed to make. The garage contained a great variety of beach toys and sporting gear. One huge bonus was the dedicated two parking spots...fantastic. A pack n play was also available for our baby. Only slight negatives were the short supply of paper towels and toilet paper for a 11 day stay. Other than that, the house was great. We would certainly stay there again.

Great Location and Amenities

We stayed for two weeks. The beds were very comfortable and the ice maker was able to keep up with the six of us. We’ve stayed in the complex before and love it. The gym and pool area are great and access to the private beach is even better.

Perfect Home with great Views

The fabulous home (C-5) was immaculate and just as described in its photos. As it is a corner unit, we had wonderful views and a cool breeze. We could see both Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa at the same time. Beach access was a big plus for us. We will definitely return to this unit. The property manager, Amy, was very helpful and sent arrival instructions and follow-ups quickly. We were very impressed by her pleasant manner and determination to make our stay a perfect one.

Love the Golf Villas at Mauna Lani

Our second trip to this complex. Thus unit had 270* views of the island. Could see the observatories on Mauna Kea one clear morning. Great location, wonderful views and access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club provides fantastic snorkling. We grilled fresh fish and steaks nightly and enjoyed Kona Coffee each morning. Looking forward to our next visit! Amy was great!
