"First Gail the owner and Niki on Island contact were amazing to work with. The house is amazing. They keep it in pristine condition ( hence a few house rules) Being right on the ocean, beautiful pool and the house has every amenities. Waking up to turtles in front every day. "This property and new subdivision of Mauna Kea properties is outstanding. Our house was immaculate and perfect for us. We never make use of community amenity center but we absolutely loved the pool and water slide here. Plunge pool and hot tub at the house got much use as well. We had everything that we needed to make family meals. House came equipped with most everything you may need for beach lounging. This house was a great find - will stay here again for certain!"

"This lovely home exceeded our expectations. We've been traveling to the Big Island since 1984 and this was our favorite stay. Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai and preparing meals in the roomy, well stocked kitchen. Access to the Mauna Kea Resort and the on-site pool was frosting on the cake!
