"Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

"Great location! The hotel is close to the Puchong IOI mall and within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Freindly and efficient staff. Checking in and out was easy. Will stay there again whenever I return to Puchong."

"This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now.
Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...
