"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"Shop nearby, good location"

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"The location is definitely one of the best in the area. There are food, leisures and entertainment available just by walking distance. The view directly across the street is superb with beautiful views."

The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

The complementary breakfast was quite good, it’s more catered to Malaysian people so you’re getting the real deal here. When staying in an area for the first time, it’s the hotels first...
