An entire house for your time together: Our vacation home in Kamen-Methler offers three separate bedrooms, a living room, and plenty of space to relax and feel at home across approximately 100 m². Whether it’s a family vacation, a visit with friends, a business trip, or an appointment at the Kaiserau Sports School—here you can enjoy the privacy of your own accommodations with a garden and a free parking spot right next to the house.

The location right next to the fields combines a view of the countryside with a great starting point for excursions to Dortmund and the surrounding area.

LIVING AND SLEEPING

Three separate bedrooms offer space for spending time together as well as personal retreats:

The first bedroom features a 180-cm-wide double bed. From here, you have direct access to the covered balcony overlooking the adjacent fields.

The second bedroom is equipped with two 90-cm-wide single beds and a smart TV.

The third bedroom features a 120-cm-wide sleeper sofa.

The living room is the perfect place to relax together after an outing or a day at work. There are a total of three smart TVs in the house. Please use your own login credentials to access streaming services. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

BATHROOM AND ADDITIONAL SHOWER

The marble bathroom on the upper floor features a bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a guest restroom and another shower with a sink in the heated basement—convenient when several guests want to start their day at the same time in the morning.

KITCHEN AND SHARED MEALS

In the well-equipped kitchen, you can prepare your meals according to your own daily routine. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are at your disposal, as are a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils.

Two large dining tables provide space for shared meals, a cozy game night, or planning your next outing. A washing machine is also available—especially convenient for longer stays or trips with children.

TERRACE, GARDEN, AND BALCONY

A special highlight is the large, secluded southwest-facing terrace. Here you can dine outdoors, enjoy sunny afternoons, and wind down the day together. Garden furniture and a small garden are at your disposal.

The covered southwest-facing balcony on the upper floor offers another spot for a little break with a view of the greenery. Whether it’s your first cup of coffee in the morning or a quiet moment in the evening—here you can enjoy your stay outdoors as well.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

Our house is located in Kamen-Methler, right next to a field. The well-known Kaiserau Sports School is about 400 meters away.

There is a train connection to Dortmund via the Kamen-Methler train station. This makes it easy to combine your stay with a stroll through the city or visits to the surrounding region. The house is also a convenient starting point for family visits in Kamen and the surrounding area or for business trips.

GETTING HERE AND PARKING

Self-check-in is easy via a key box. A free private parking space is located right next to the house. You’ll have the entire vacation home—with its own entrance—and the associated outdoor areas all to yourselves.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pets are welcome.

Our house is cozy and functionally furnished and shows some signs of wear here and there. It is thoroughly cleaned after every stay.

This is a middle unit in a row of houses with immediate neighbors. Please be considerate and observe the usual quiet hours. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

The upper floors are accessible only by stairs.
