"Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavia ja saimme hyvää palvelua jo ennen matkaa, kun meille tilattiin taxi valmiiksi kentälle. Huoneistot olivat viihtyisiä, ja niistä löytyi kaikki perustarpeet sekä viilentävä ilmalämpöpumppu. Siivooja kävi päivittäin. Menisin uudestaan samaan paikkaan."

"A great stopover location for our first night in Crete. We arrived too late to collect our hire car so wanted a hotel near the airport to make it easy to return the next morning. Booked a double room and was given a two bedroom apartment with lounge, kitchenette and patio overlooking an excellent pool. Communication from the owner in advance of arrival was excellent. Service on arrival was first class. Be aware there is no catering or bar onsite, but there is a Taverna about 10 minutes walk...

"Chambre propre, bien situé "

"El apartamento no estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. Había "algo" en el lavabo que parecía una maraña de pelos del anterior huésped, que no se veía a simple vista por el tapón pero sí cuando abrías el agua (era bastante asqueroso), manchas por el grifo y unas "migas" en el armario. Cuando llegamos la persona que estaba no hablaba inglés y tuvimos que estar hablando con otra por teléfono. Nunca volvimos a ver a nadie por recepción, esto es más bien como un "airbnb" pero sin cocina. Sí que...

"After a disapointing check in service everything was great. All the staff were excellent Mariana produced an excellent breakfast for us and Abi was very helpful when we had some minor issues in the room. The room was kept very clean with fresh towels provided by the lovely friendly cleaning staff. All the staff made our pet dog Gizmo very welcome too. Will highly recommend the Alianthos suites for a peaceful relaxing holiday in a beautiful area of Crete. We will definately return."
