"Fantastic staff onsite to help you with anything, whenever. Such lovely people. The villa and grounds are fabulous and very scenic. You will relax without any trouble here. We went at the beginning of the Monsoon season, and although the weather was up and down (rain and thunderstorms), the views of the storms out of the windows upstairs were magical. "We stayed here twice in a week. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location as well. One of the few good quality accommodations near beruwala. This villa is owned by a very nice family, who were so accommodative, and helped us and we're very flexible. They also prepared good breakfast and provided nice conversation. Highly recommend for travellers and business in the area. "

"Beautiful place, great room and bath!! Amazing property and breakfast. A little far from town or any restaurants. Without a form of transportation you have to arrange a tuktuk or walk far to eat dinner or lunch. Would be 5 star if they servered more meals and had a scooter for rent or bicycles "

"Clean room with a new big bathroom. The pool was big and the garden is very nice. I don’t know why some reviewers write that its dirty, wasn’t our experience at all. Maybe other rooms are different but ours was very clean and excellent value for the Price."
