With two covered decks, a living room, and a beach, guests will find plenty of space to relax. The lake is known for great year-round fishing - Walleye, Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch, Bluegill, Black Crappie, and Rock Bass. A boat launch with a park and full play area are just around the corner - perhaps 1-2 miles away. Kids will also enjoy the grassy play area on the property with swings, a climbing unit, and a picnic table at the front of the property. Relax and grill your catch of the day each evening! The condo stays comfortable year-round thanks to mini-splits that provide heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this quaint retreat offers a peaceful spot to recharge. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Please note that all three bedrooms are on the second floor; there is not an elevator. Additionally, the two bathrooms are as follows: a 1/2 bath on the main floor combined with the laundry area and there is a 3/4 bath on the second floor.

THERE ARE RING SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED AT THE FRONT AND BACK DOORS. THE CAMERAS SHOULD BE AIMED AT THE DOORS. THE CAMERA MAY ALSO CAPTURE PART OF THE FRONT PORCH, PART OF DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE FRONT PORCH, PART OF THE BEACH DECK, AND PART OF THE BEACH. AT NO TIME SHOULD THE CAMERAS BE REPOSITIONED AND DIRECTED TOWARD THE INTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY.
