Great accommodation

Big house with ample space in the bedrooms and living area. Kitchen facilities fantastic, clean and plenty of utensils/crockery. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental villa was so clean & tidy. There were plenty of bowls, plates, utensils, glassware, pots & pans to use. Towels & linen were supplied which was great. There were plenty off space to put the Trailer & our little boat in the garage. The down part was not having no wifi. Definitely a great place to stay. Good location but not good enough to compensate for the hefty 3K for 5 days price tag that came with it. For a house that accommodates 9 people, we were supplied limited basic amenities supplied (4 bin bags, 4 dishwasher tablets, no hand towels for the bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper). There was no internet which was an issue for those that needed to work whilst there. Aircon downstairs was substandard (ie it was cooler outside than inside at times). Windows upstairs did not open easily, the Bathroom/Shower upstairs is near on unusable. If you are taller than 6ft you cannot fit into the shower. It is by no means a "Hollywood Shower" as advertised. No drawers in two of the rooms. Two of the guests that occupied the main bedroom returned home covered in bed bug bites so severe that medical treatment was required upon returning home. The property is in serious need of an overhaul as it is showing signs of disrepair and neglect. We had a great time visiting Kalbarri but were left very disappointed because of the Accommodation.

Absolutely immaculate villa complete with pool and close to all local amenities in Kalbarri and just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for families! Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay at Villa Palazzo the unit is spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We will return to beautiful Kalbarri - hope the villa will have Wifi set up on our return

Villa Palazzo 3

It is a a nice villa in a very good location, close to everything. While it comfortably sleeps 10-12 people, it does not have expansive living space. When you are not out doing something, it really is not overly comfortable with only the dining room and a very small lounge for seating.

Awesome Stay

We have been to Kalbarri a few times and this is by far the best house we have stayed at. Close to all amenities, relaxing, huge spacious house, clean and tidy with a great pool. We will definitely be back again - thank you!!

Spacious accommodation close to everything

We've stayed in Kalbarri numerous times in various accommodation. This was spacious, clean and great value. It slept two families comfortably and had a well equipped kitchen and laundry (incl clothes line). Plenty of storage in every room. It's a short walk to beach, shops, pub & restaurants. Own BBQ with shared outdoor area & pool. We would happily re-book and recommend.

Great family house

We were six adults and 5 grandchildren with us and found it really suited our needs, except for one thing - stairs! We could have done with a child proof gate for the toddlers! The pool was a hit and easy to see the kids from the house and garden. Plenty of cupboard space, games and DVD's plus good beds and a snazzy shower in main bathroom ! Kitchen is well provided with cutlery crockery etc. We did bring our own Nespresso machine which was handy as it took time to get a coffee at the local cafe! Kids loved the house. Handy to walk to shops beach and restaurants so all in all would recommend this property for a relaxing family holiday.
