This older-style 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach house offers comfortable, budget-friendly accommodation with recent upgrades. Features include:

- Bedrooms: New queen beds in the main and third bedrooms, plus a double and single in the second bedroom.
- Living: Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the lounge, new ceiling fans in all rooms, TV, and DVD player.
- Kitchen: Equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and basic utensils in an open-plan kitchen/dining area.
- Laundry/Bathroom: New front-loading washing machine, combined shower and toilet in the bathroom.
- Outdoor: BBQ, outdoor furniture on the veranda, fish cleaning table, and ample parking for boats with two driveways.

Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Free public Wi-Fi can be accessed at several locations in town, including the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, Kalbarri Library, Gorges Cafe and Kalbarri Motor Hotel.

The yard is not enclosed, and lawns surround the house. BYO linens and consumables (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, and toilet paper). Beds have mattress protectors, covers, and pillows.

Note: This house is older and basic but offers excellent value for a relaxed holiday stay.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
