Comfortable older property, excellent mattresses on beds but bbq’s and kitchen pans need replacing, property advertising as air conditioned but there is only one split air conditioner in upstairs sitting area.

Blues Holes Getaway - Interesting Stay - Room for Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the property was not available at the 2pm check in, instead 3pm, however we were compensated by the agent.Initially there was no front door key provided only the rear patio door. A front door key was later provided the following day.Found the BBQs and certain pots in a extremely greasy state and reported those to the agent straight away to ensure we were not blamed for leaving them in uncleaned condition.There were other issues noted and we advised the agent that a full audit of the property be conducted by the agent and the property owner.

Good Homestay

We had a good stay at this property. It has everything you need. It’s about 2kms from town, you can walk easily to the blue-holes beach (this not a swimming beach). A few walking & cycle paths to town. Very comfortable house, although there is no wifi. The mattresses could do with being upgraded as they’re not the most comfortable. We would stay again.

Nice property needs a bit of work

The house was a nice place in a nice area close to blue holes beach. Down side is the property needs some maintenance like the blinds on the balcony need repairing as they bang around a lot at night. Could definitely do with having wifi as well overall good break

Please be careful with the rear sliding door, it needs some sticker on it to show it is closed. The BBQ's were both dirty and the grease trap on the bottom BBQ was absolutely full of sand and grease.

Great stay in Kalbarri

Great house for groups. Plenty of room. The deck is huge and a great space for afternoon nibbles. The Real Estate team were so helpful. Needed wine glasses. Handed a box on request. Found no gas for the BBQ on a Sunday. They went to the office and swapped the bottle for us. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is good except

Internet communication been cheap for ages but unbelievable no internet in this property and we come for holidays keep cleaning the dishes for every day if we got dishwasher save water . keep the kitchen clean.

Great location, heating not great set up

Heating wasn't great. Heater upstairs wouldn't quite reach the rooms and downstairs was freezing. We had a toddler in the down stairs room and it was so cold. Split system in each room would be better to accommodate.

Neat, well equipped and spacious - ideal for an extended stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Holes Getaway is about 2.5km out of town but I knew that at the time of booking. We stayed three nights. A very comfortable stay.As all bedrooms have double beds so this reduces the attraction. Single bedded rooms are preferable as they offer greater flexibility for occupants. The lock on the rear door was loose so it was a bit tricky to operate, as was the rear screen door. No front door key was supplied. These problems were reported to the agent who seemed surprised. There seemed to be a lot of what sounded like early 4WD noisy traffic around 4:30am to 7am on all days of our stay. This seemed strange as I have no idea where they would all be going at that time of day. Very quiet at other times. We will defiantly return to Blue Holes Getaway if circumstances allow.

Getaway At Blueholes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place offers plenty of room and has great potential - just needs some updates and definitely new beds. Unfortunately we had issues with the TV's, airconditioning, washing line and outdoor blinds, but hopefully with new owners, these will be rectified. Deb at Ray White was a great help. The number of bathrooms makes life easier and the extra fridge and freezer space is fabulous. It is quite a distance from the beaches, shops and pubs though, so lots more driving than we would have liked.
