"I did not read anywhere that there is a curfew and you must be in your room by 2400. Also, there was a water spill in my room and also the front desk personnel need to have a little more people skills. The maid tried to open my door without knocking also, luckly I had it double bolt. Overall, for the price not a good experience. Oh and also I was charged a small hotel fee upon check out and that was not disclosed before either. "

"This hotel did not match the pictures. It has not been maintained and has some water issue causing an odd odor in the hotel. It smelled like mildew throughout. The carpet had holes and in the area leading to the dining room walls were open to the jungle behind the hotel. Staff was nice but we were charged extra upon arriving. More than 500 dollars for my son. This was not expected. I asked to leave in that case and they said they would still charge me the whole amount. Do not book this...

"Las localizacion del hotel hace que tenga unas vistas espectaculares.
El hotel tiene muchos servicios como piscina, baños termales.
Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Hay un botones que es la persona mas amable que hemos conocido en Japon. Realmente una persona muy noble y entrañable.
La parte negativa es que en los baños termales se obligue al nudismo. En un hotel internacional deberia poderse utilizar el baño termal en bikini."

"Absolutely lovely. Felt like I was staying with family. Quick walk to the gorgeous beach, next to a beautiful shrine, and a short walk from a delicious Ramen place. Not to mention the Onsen!!! What a magical experience it was to enjoy the outdoors and soak. And last but not least the breakfast! Felt like my mom made me lunch for the day.
Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in the area."

Views of the coastline from the outdoor air bath and east access to the beach for swimming and surfing were a highlight. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were great value and included local fish, lobster and abalone."

スタッフの方々はとても感じが良く丁寧に接客していただきました。
チェックイン待ちでドリンクを提供してくれます。フルーティーで美味しいです。
朝食のブッフェも大変美味しかったです。
朝8時に行き、混んでいましたが待つことなくすぐ席に案内していただきました。
大浴場はとても綺麗でした。私が入浴した時間は清掃の方がいて脱衣所や洗い場を整えてくれていました。脱衣所の床に髪の毛が落ちてなく、床がびしょ濡れになっているところもなく清潔でした。
アメニティも充実していてタオルもたくさん準備されてい て助かりました。
キヌージョのドライヤーが２台あり娘が喜んでました。
夕飯は外食だったためホテル〜河津駅間のバス送迎が大変便利でした。
s.wでホテルのイベントがたくさんありました。無料イベントもあり嬉しかったです。
お部屋で残念な点が2点、ゴキブリがいたのとカーペットや椅子のシート(布製)にシミがついたままだったことが残念でした。"
