Welcome to Hale Ohana — the family house — perched right on Ali`i Drive in the heart of Kailua-Kona. This thoughtfully designed two-story home was built for groups who want to slow down, gather, and live by the ocean for a week. With separate living areas on each floor, two full kitchens, and laundry on both levels, every couple, family unit, or generation gets their own space without ever feeling crowded.

The upstairs primary suite features a king bed and en-suite, with a second upstairs bedroom (full bed) and an additional bath. The downstairs bedroom (queen) has its own en-suite, and a queen pull-out sofa in the downstairs living area gives you a flexible 4th sleeping space.

The real magic happens at the edges of the home. The expansive rooftop deck is the showpiece — a wide-open oceanfront perch with a BBQ, outdoor dining, and sweeping ocean and mountain views that turn into golden sunsets every single night. A rental car is recommended to make the most of the island.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Take shoes off before entering the property.

6) Pets are NOT permitted in the house.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).
