When you arrive and open your mahogany entry gates you will walk into a tropical meditation garden. A gentile cascading waterfall draws you along the meandering path and over the pond to the grand entrance. Even before entering your home the stunning view of the turquoise Pacific Ocean beyond the disappearing floor to ceiling glass wall slider doors will take your breath away. Throughout your stay the beautiful turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean will be the backdrop for all of your memories.

Main large Living room is oversized and your eyes are taken to the Infinity Edge pool with the turquoise waters as the backdrop.... Restoration Hardware furniture throughout and every luxury detail is visible from the furniture to the granite counter tops to Sub Zero and Wolf Appliances in the open floor plan kitchen...

Adjacent to the great room is your chef designed kitchen with a generous bar sink island for dining or serving. Included is a Wolf six burner stove/plus griddle and two ovens; the kitchen also offers a built-in drawer microwave, two dishwashers, two full size sub-zero degrees refrigerator and freezer and a warming drawer. Outdoor entertaining area with built in BBQ and ice maker connects the kitchen to the outdoor area....
More Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture out on the decks by the pool provide amazing relaxing experience with the waves crashing nearby...... Many seating areas with chaise loungers and oversized day bed allow for multiple gathering areas.

The home is comprised of 5 oversized sleeping accommodations with their own private bathrooms designed to offer plenty of opportunities for private time. There are a total of 5 Shower/Bathrooms (one also includes a free standing tub) and 2 additional powder rooms. Main bathroom off living room has an outdoor shower perfect for after a swim in the pool or coming back from the beach..

Two sleeping en-suites are on the main level. The second floor hosts two bedroom en suites that are accessed by the grand staircase.

Aloha Suite (Master) is on the second floor. It includes an ocean front, furnished covered lanai with a full size hot tub overlooking the ocean. The King Size Tempur Pedic bed faces the azure blue waves. 2 full bathrooms his and hers on each side of the Master with oversized walk in closets.

From the stair case there is a covered outdoor pathway with magnificent views of Mount Hualalai leading to the Dolphin Retreat. Dolphin Retreat is a detached bedroom on 2nd floor for added privacy and has a king size bed in a private tropical retreat setting. Your lounging lanai has a shoreline view looking north for what seems like forever. There is an Ensuite walk-in shower, commode and sink. It also includes a flat screen TV and ceiling fan, a chaise lounger that is perfect as a junior twin bed, and a queen sleeper sofa…

On the third floor we proudly present: third floor is comprised of an oversized bedroom with lanais on both sides… It includes a private entrance to the third floor and private powder room and a kitchenette with small refrigerator and coffee maker. There are two lanais on either side of the loft, providing amazing ocean sunset from one and the sun rising over the mountains in the morning. A shower/bathroom exclusively dedicated to the third floor is at the entry to the loft.

Sit on any one of the numerous ocean front lanais and be entertained by the spinner dolphins, whales and turtles. These are just some of the many visitors that on any given day may find their way to the ocean just steps away from your vacation paradise.

The grand lanai off of the great room has a large covered area gently leading to the open sunning area and ocean front infinity swimming pool. The ocean is just steps beyond. The area is large enough for an event with the intimacy of a family gathering.
*Ask us about our street legal golf cart perfect for driving into town as it’s an easy ride to all the restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, Target etc.. the kids will love to drive around the private neighborhood on their own.. Golf cart seats 6 in seat belts…it’s game changer as the kids never want to get in the cars they only want to take the golf cart…
House Rules:
Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am... no disturbing of the peace...
Sound that is audible beyond property boundary line during non quiet hours should not be more excessive than a normal residential area...
Guest vehicles only allowed to be parked in driveway...
