Great nice clean place. Very nice stay BUT the lanai furniture was very uncomfortable maybe get some cushions for the plastic chairs!! The biggest issue was the WiFi didn’t work on the lanai. Loved it beside those things I would stay again

Very clean, well stocked rooms and overall a great complex to stay in, especially with a large group of varying ages. They had some beach supplies and tennis racquets provided which was an added bonus. I wish they had pickleball paddles, but that's just me! Only down side was the furniture isn't super comfy for lounging and the guest bedroom mattress was incredibly soft/needs to be replaced. Views are great and the porch was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the water.

Amazing. Clean. Great location. Quiet. Incredible ocean view and sound with beautiful sunsets. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the beach toys and boogie boards. Definitely planning a trip back.

Great location next to ocean, and across from restaurants and grocery

Excellent location next to the ocean with beautiful sunsets and amazing landscapes. Quick drive across the street for restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Be sure to check out Kona Stories Book Store and meet their two resident cats chilling outside the doors. The condo unit has three split functional a/c's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Each room also has ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with shower. The beds were comfortable and each room has a TV, in addition to the living room.There were a few minor cleanliness issues that we did not report, and just dealt with. Not even sure it should be mentioned here, but I want to be transparent. The pull-out sofa-bed had crumbs and some stains on the sheets. Luckily they provided extra bedding in the closet which we used to cover the mattress. Also, the floor could use a good mopping. It seemed clean on arrival, but after walking around for ten minutes, the bottoms of our socks were filthy. Other than that, the unit was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. Overall, I would rate this unit and location a 4.5 out of 5, and would stay again.

Can't beat the view!

Beautiful view - we saw whales from the comfort of our lanai. The unit is very nice and comfortable and is located in a great spot to explore the Kona area.

Its paradise on earth

Enjoyed the amazing views and well equipped house. The locality is very close to Magic sands beach and also sunset snorkel cruise. The host is amazing and helped during emergency hours.

A great place for 4

This condo was a perfect choice for two couples vacationing together. TWO comfortable king beds. Ground floor. Very well-equipped kitchen and we used it every night for lovely dinners on the lanai overlooking the sea. One evening we watched a young man propose to his girl at sunset on the rocks in front of us (champagne & videography included). Doesn't get any more charming. Appreciated the recreation gear available for guests. The resort grounds were well-kept. The local chickens, cats, and colorful finches show no fear of humans and are fun to watch while sipping coffee in the morning. Highly recommend this unit!

Our family stayed for 6 nights. Lovely unit in a quiet, gated, well-maintained complex. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Enough space that we never felt crowded. Well maintained furnishings. The right amount of complimentary soap pods for the clothes and dish washers, Beautiful view from spacious lanai with the sound of the surf. Perfect to drift off to sleep at night and spend a peaceful morning with that first cup of Kona coffee. Rainbows from the lanai seen daily. This unit has all the essentials. Take some/ leave some sunscreen in the beach supplies closet. Beach towels, boogie boards and cooler etc for a fun beach picnic day. We recommend a coffee scoop & the right kind of filters near the coffee maker. A couple extra pillows in each bedroom would be nice. Shoutout to Liam who came to troubleshoot the A/C units on our last evening. They worked fine until our last night. Very much appreciated! We would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family. Mahalo!

Paradise

This was the perfect place for us to stay , beds were so comfortable and thankful for two king size beds. View was beautiful and we watched whales while sitting on our Lanai . Only draw back is you cannot control the people above you and during our stay we got someone who smoked on their lanai and made it hard to sit on our lanai during their stay. Most people were respectful above us but the last 3 days of our stay was not as nice because of the last people that stayed there. Still would give it a 5 star. Putting a couple comfortable loungers out on Lanai would make it even better. One of the best places we stayed
