The Space:
Relax in the comfort of this condo's amazing views, best enjoyed from the private lanai. Luxuries like a fully equipped kitchen and a private washer/dryer can help guests explore the island at their own pace (and enjoying a glass of wine in the lanai when the mood strikes). Feel free to take a dip in the shared hot tub and pool between trips to the shore and local attractions. Everyone will stay cool through the night with ceiling fans.

This rental is right on Ali'i Drive which is an oceanfront road that leads into downtown Kailua-Kona. Just a couple miles from this rental, you'll be in the heart of Kona where you can enjoy oceanfront drinks and dining at places like Huggo's, along with shopping, biking, and walking while never losing sight of the ocean. Heading in the other direction will deliver you to popular beach destinations like Lyman's (a great surfing spot), Magic Sands Beach, and Pahoehoe Beach Park. Kona is also famous for the coffee, so consider heading about 11 miles south to tour farms like Sacred Grounds or the Kona Coffee Living History Farm (the only living history coffee farm in the United States), where tour guides teach guests about Kona coffee in character.

Great Views & Sunsets
The views were amazing and the lanai was fantastic for lounging around on and taking in the sunsets. Also the beach chairs and cooler were also very nice to have when going to the beach. It was a nice relaxing stay.

Gorgeous location
The location of this condo was incredible. The lanai looked over the ocean with surfers, parasailing, and we even had a sea turtle come every morning for its feeding. Our kitchen sink was stopped up, but with a quick call, it was repaired in a matter of a couple of hours. It was a very nice visit and I would recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.

Can't beat the view and they had all the needed stuff to enjoy beach days (though I wish there were also umbrellas)

Fantastic stay - Dream Appartement at the Ocean
We had a perfect stay at the appartement. It has a very nice interior, is very big and is Directly at the ocean. Easy Check-in and very warm welcome. Good Service and nice Pool. Ecerything was Perfect. Good Location on the Island.

Beautiful view and property
The view right on the ocean with the crashing waves was fantastic! The unit was really great. Neat, clean, comfortable, well-stocked.The built-ins allowed us to easily unpack. We loved it here.

Great end to our island adventure
We spent two weeks on the Big Island. Started in Waiamea and the Kohala Coast. Then moved to HIlo for a few days, then to Volcano National Park. Ended our stay with our rental in Kona. It was a beautiful facility, right on the water. So clean and well set up. We had such a relaxing time. It was the perfect ending to our Hawaii adventure. (Photos all taken on the property)

Great Stay!
Loved the updated look of this condo - made us feel more like on vacation than in someone else's home. The waves crashing right outside our window cannot be beat! Beautiful, great location, and had everything we needed.

Clean and beautiful view!
Easy check in and check out. Clean rooms, amazing views. Wish there was AC but the evening breeze made it okay. We loved the in room washer and dryer. The location was amazing. The pool was small and the hot tub tiny but we spend most of the time in the ocean. We watched turtles and yellow tangs from our balcony!

10/10 would stay again!
This condo is right on the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. As others have noted there is no AC unit but there are multiple fans and the air stays pretty cool inside. We loved how updated and clean the unit is. Well stocked kitchen, items for the beach, family games, and more. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location
The location of this rental is right on the water. We could hear the ocean and see the ocean the entire time we were there. There isn’t a great place to walk out into the water but that wasn’t the purpose of our stay. This location was easy to get to restaurants, golf courses, and other activities we wanted to take advantage of. My only complaint is that we had to leave. It’s hard to say bye to paradise.

Nice clean condo but it needs maintenance
I have stayed at Kona Bali Kai many times. This unit was clean the kitchen was pretty well stocked. I thought it was a nice touch that they have ice chests for you borrow. It needs maintenance. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. I did not care for this particular unit's location.It's very far north. I like the southern units better because you can see the surfers that come everyday from the park.

Gorgeous condo with gorgeous view
Nicely updated condo, with the most comfortable beds of any place we've stayed. Very clean and kitchen was well outfitted. Balcony is about 30 feet from ocean, so we always had the sounds of the waves crashing (rocky, so not swimming beach; public swimming beach about 1 mile away). Only downside is no A/C, but an extra night shower and fans made it comfortable to sleep.

Lovely home, gorgeous setting
We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect: the view, the sound of the ocean, the sunsets. We loved the thoughtful touches (electric kettle, ice cooler, beach towels) and appreciated the recent updates, spaciousness (for us) and tasteful decor. Meals on the lanai were peaceful. One heads up: the church next door has several outdoor services on Sunday a.m. and an amp; if you are planning to sleep in, you'll want to make sure the lanai doors are closed. But, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10
