Meticulously clean and well appointed condo in a great location! Ocean, soothing waves, and beautiful sunsets are right there your 2nd story lanai. Walking distance to all the restaurants/bars you need! Alex was great to work with before, during, and after our stay… will definitely be back!

Heaven in Kona!

We adored our stay at this beautiful Condo. The ocean view is perfection. Hosts were super communicative and gave excellent recommendations for dining and shopping on the island. We will absolutely book again and recommend this spot to our friends and family!

Great location

We had a lovely time is Kona. This condo is a perfect location and walkable to town, an easy 8-10 minute stroll. Great views and nicely appointed.

My husband and I stayed at this property from May 20th - June 5th, 2 weeks plus! We have been staying in Alex and Michele's Condo since 2012! The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.We like the well appointed kitchen for all the cooking and barbecuing we do. The beach chairs and coolers are very convenient for day trips. So go enjoy we will be going back to take in the nightly sunsets and sounds of the waves crashing on the shores!

Fantastic Trip to the Big Island

The Condo was absolutely wonderful and the view was even better. The owner is not only a great host but the condo is nicely done with all the amenities! The pool was amazing and the location was spot on! If your looking for an amazing trip and stay on the Big Island this is the place

Another Wonderful Stay in D-14

We enjoyed everything about this condo. It is very comfortable, well equipped and nicely updated. We like the unit’s walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The owner is very responsive and makes check-in very easy. We highly recommend this condo.

Awesome oceanfront condo. The view is amazing! We had to force ourselves to leave the condo. All we wanted to do is sit there on the lanai and watch the waves. It’s within walking distance of downtown and a 20min drive from the airport. Can’t speak highly enough about the location and the view. Alex the owner was extremely helpful too! Great experience all around.

Great View

Wonderful place to stay in Kona. Within walking distance to several restaurants andshops. It has a fantastic view. Hosts are very friendly and kept us apprised of check-in, parking, etc. We will be back.

Alex and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Their communication before our visit was so helpful! Their condo has been beautifully updated and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. We loved relaxing on their lanai and watching the surfers and boogie boarders. The views and sunsets were stunning. The location is perfect. We walked to dinner every evening. We also enjoyed the pool and bbq area. We loved their condo so much that we have booked another stay in their gorgeous home!

Incredible Oceanfront Stay on the Big Island!

We had an amazing time staying at this VRBO on the Big Island. The location couldn’t have been better—literally steps from the ocean, with stunning views and the sound of the waves creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering local tips throughout our trip.Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a peaceful, oceanfront getaway with a great host. We would absolutely stay here again!

30th anniversary vacation

The condo we rented in Kona was absolutely beautiful. The location was stunning! Communication with Alex went above and beyond. His hospitality was phenomenal. He recommended many things to do in the local area, which was very helpful. His condo is stocked with everything you would need for a nice day. The resort itself is in a nice location with easy walking to shops, restaurants, and everything you would need. I highly recommend this kind of accommodation in Hawaii! It was fantastic.

Wonderful week

This condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Alex is a very attentive owner who goes beyond the usual to make sure his guests feel welcome and appreciated. We had one small problem when we arrived but Alex made sure it was quickly remedied. Can’t think of a better place to stay. Thanks Alex.

Kona Reef D-12 the Best!

This past August we stayed in D-12 for the 8th time! Everything is Five Stars. The location is beautiful with sunsets every night from the lanai. The condo is perfectly appointed, from the kitchen to the beach equipment Alex and Michelle thanks for a perfect vacation!

Awesome!

This rental was amazing. It was clean, we'll maintained, has an awesome view, and is super close to downtown kona and tons of restaurants. It was also very well stocked, snorkel gear, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, virtually everthing we needed. Alex was extremely helpful and provided a wealth of information about activities, directions, restaurants. We look forward to returning in the future.

Everything you could ask for and more!

Great condo! Very clean, well stocked, beautiful style and decor. The location can't be beat...walking to town or driving around the island; just the perfect home base for your Hawaii vacation.
