Highly recommended. We stayed here for a little over 2 months while working on a project. Everything needed for a home away from home is here. We like to cook and eat and kitchen is well appointed. Host communication was prompt and easy. Any issues we had were addressed right away (keep in mind our duration of stay) with clear and quick resolution. Amazing views, killer pool, and local conveniences just a couple turns away.

The Kona House

We arrived a few hours early & found everything to be just as the listing noted. The house was fully stocked with everything need for a very comfortable one month stay. The house & property were spotless and the pool and spa worked perfectly. We can't wait to come back.The Premier Hosts were very easy to contact and were available with any questions we may of had regarding both the house and the surrounding amenities in the town we might like to investigate. Had a wonderful, trouble, and comfortable stay. Thank you.

everything we needed- Would stay again

We stayed for a month pre ironman triathoon in october. The home is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you would ever need to make it feel like a home and not a rental. The layout allows for privacy and the pool and patio is so well designed and comfortable. The location is very secluded and quiet while only a mile to a shopping center. Easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs during the trip. Woudl stay again! Thank you

Kona Get-away

Very attractive, spacious, well furbished home. Our group of six enjoyed the sunsets on the lanai each evening. The pool and spa were very enjoyble. Both were cared for and clean. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests and placed a good set of information on the coffee table about local fun activities, shopping, etc. Most of all, the view of the ocean was stupendous! Our stay was a wonderful get-away. Thank you Trish and Sterling.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the view, pool and lanai!

We like to get up and out the doors early each day, this house and neighborhood was perfectly quiet for our early bed times! We enjoyed the pool almost daily, cooked dinner and ate on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets!

Hawaii Vacation

Great Property and owner. Had just one small issue and addressed quickly. Text response to any communications quickly. Property and location was great. Quiet neighborhood and sunset from pool deck fabulous every night. Market, Golf, ocean within minutes drive. Kona about 10 min drive. Well equipped kitchen and a grill on the pool deck. Several nights grilling on the month vacation. Couldn't ask for a better property.

True Shangrila!

Our 3 month stay here felt like we WERE in Shangrila! It was near perfection. Sterling and Trisha are amazing hosts. Everything one needs to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings is there. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes for a large crowd. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, convenient. We especially liked the master bathroom because I have mobility problems and the shower is easy access. The pool is well maintained, and with the pool cover, the water temperature was comfortable. We spent most of our time on the lanai. It was the perfect spot to have our morning coffee and watch the birds that came to visit every day. The small atrium in the center of the house, with the trickling water, was soothing to the eyes, ears, and soul. We had a perfect winter, thanks to the wonderful hosts and this beautiful home. Thank you, Sterling and Trisha. See you next year. Aloha

Wonderful location, well stocked house, super quiet neighborhood

We rent a house every year for a month in Kona. This is the most south we have been and really liked the location. The gated development was super quiet and the full-time neighbors were very friendly. The house itself is private - on the lanai your neighbors can't see you - all you can see is the landscaping and the ocean. The pool was in great shape and fun to use each day. There is a separate "warm" tub (runs in the high 90F for safety) - we ended up liking that because we could hang out in it longer. The house itself has a well stocked kitchen, lots of pots and pans and tools to make cooking easy. Also has plenty of plates and silverware. We cooked many great meals with our friends and family. The master has a great bathroom and its own direct access to the Lanai. The beds were comfortable and each room has a dedicated AC if you need it. We only found the need to run AC a few times during our stay and only to accelerate the cool down of the evening. They also had a bunch of beach towels, beach chairs for four and a great beach umbrella. We used all this equipment every day. The owners were very responsive when we had any questions or issues and you can tell they cared about our experience.

Wonderful peaceful getaway !!!

We felt lucky to stay in this property - it is in a wonderful and quiet location in a beautiful, gated community with close proximity to Ali'i Drive and direct route to downtown Kona. Close by shopping was convenient too. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The home was well appointed with everything we needed to make our month's stay comfortable. The owners were very responsive to a couple of issues with prompt resolution. Daily ocean views and nightly dinner and games on the patio with beautiful sunsets were enjoyed nightly. The pool and spa were fantastic !! This place and location met all our expectations.

So relaxing!

Our family - grandparents, kids, and grandkids - stayed here (at separate times) for 2 months. It is heaven. The house has everything you need for a superb relaxing vacation - pool, hot tub, amazing view, lovely gardens with so many beautiful and entertaining birds and geckos, a fully kitchen, and comfortable beds and pillows. The excellent KTA grocery and a Longs Drugstore are minutes away. There were many days when we never left the house. We supplemented the house with some beach chairs and an umbrella - our gift to future guests. Trisha and Sterling are very good communicators, and thanks to them for providing such a comfortable vacation rental. Mahalo

Great vacation.

We loved the month we just spent at this wonderful home at Bayview Estate. The house is located in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed being able to eat, relax and watch the spectacular sunset every day on the lanai. The house has everything you will need and more, for a fantastic vacation. The photos doesn't do justice to the beauty of the place, especially the lanai, the pool and the view. The owners, Trisha and Sterling are super friendly and very attentive to your every need. They made our stay a real pleasure.

A perfect long term vacation home for our ohana!

This Bayview Estate home was such a perfect vacation rental for our family of six. The house it self gave us plenty of space to spread out and enjoy indoor and outdoor living. The garage is spacious enough for our minivan and extra belongings. Our younger keiki enjoyed playing in the backyard while I picked fresh limes for limeade and lemongrass for a few of our Asian and Indonesian meals. The sweet dwarf bananas were picked and presented to us upon arrival. The luscious landscaping that surrounds the home gave us plenty of privacy, and vibrant photos from a photographer’s eye! All three bedrooms were well stocked with ultra-clean linens, desks, ample lighting and large windows for fresh daily breezes. The kitchen was more than we could ask for! There are cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishes for every possible meal you could think of making. The appliances were great, while additional ingredients like spices, teas, and welcoming bottles of water were also a delight to have! We were also provided with the right amount of toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom and laundry amenities, beach and pool towels, pool floats, and even citronella candles that we used for our outdoor dinners on the lanai. The atrium is a nice touch, especially for the keiki, and it provided a lot of natural light and cool evening temperatures. In additions, the swimming pool and hot tub are a superb amenity for a long term vacation home! Surely this Bayview Estate rental was an ideal home for us as its location is close to farmers markets and beaches. Our hosts, Trisha and Sterling were pleasantly considerate and respectful of our privacy. Communication is a plus, and their generosity would be a reason for us to book with them again!
