This condo is so spacious! The kitchen looked recently remodeled and had everything you need to cook a good meal. The lanai was so great, we enjoyed sipping our morning coffee and watching the birds in the grass. Kids also enjoyed the grass area to play ball. Bathrooms were a little dated but no bother to us.

The unit was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked including lots of beach accessories, it is close to downtown and other locations including a grocery store and restaurants. The pool area is fantastic and well maintained. I take full responsibility for not asking the question and making an assumption, but this unit does not have air conditioning. The listing does not specify wither way. If you are extremely heat sensitive it could be an issue for you during your stay.

We had a first floor condo, the check-in was very smooth, we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier after contacting management, they were very accommodating. The number pad was very convenient, no fussing with a key. The floor plan was great, I liked the kitchen opening right into the main room. We all enjoyed the screened patio, and the beds were fantastic! Incredibly comfortable mattresses. We were here on the Big Island for a women's snorkeling trip, the condo was located well to snorkel on the south and north side. Also very close to the shopping center. Would stay here again.

Lovely Big Island Condo

Lovely stay here. Comfortable and clean. Fans all over which were helpful and necessary as it’s hot and humid on Big Island. Nice amenities- beach gear, snorkeling gear, beach towels, cooler. Nice pool and sunset views.

Incredible condo

Immaculately clean. Accurate to listing. Close to beaches and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen. LOVED the grassy area off the lanai to run around with my baby. In addition to being a very comfortable and restful stay for my husband and 1 year old, the booking host Sandy was 10/10 communicative, kind, and friendly. She went above and beyond to give me one or two key tips on how to make my stay extea special with a baby. Would gladly stay again next time I visit.

Perfect spot

Great place to call home for two weeks. Very comfortable had every amenity we needed. We stayed with my elderly parents and the ease of parking and getting in and out of the condo was perfect.

Beautifully relaxed & Peace space

This condo was wonderful to be in, with space for two moms with two kiddos in tow. The lanai was perfect to relax on and watch the kids play on the grass. Parking is close, kitchen well equipped, great instructions and welcome basket, beach/pool supplies were plentiful. Beds were super comfortable. Wonderful communication. Definitely will return and stay in this peaceful and plentiful condo.

We’ve stayed at the surf and racquet club twice before, first time staying at this unit but love this complex, very well maintained we did have one issue with the stove but one phone call and it was fixed the next day. Will stay here again the next time we are in Kona.

Good location. Not a waterfront unit. There is a walk to the water.

The place was spacious. Beautifully set up and well maintained. However there were roaches in the kitchen of which were not mentioned. So it was very off putting and we literally had to watch everything and have our bags zipped up the entire time. The bath water was cold after like 2 minutes which was a little off putting as well. However, we enjoyed the pool and the location was great for our many destinations while visiting the island.

This unit is very nice; exactly as described and shown in the photos. Although not a waterfront property the view was very lovely, and quiet. The open living/dining/kitchen area is very nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. We appreciated the fans in every room. The location is great; 2-minute walk to the ocean view or pool; 2-minute drive to grocery/shopping in one direction and 2-minute drive in the other direction to the Kahalu’u Beach Park (excellent snorkeling). I might add the grounds are well maintained and beautiful, and the complex is gated. As stated previously, we will stay here again on a future visit to the Big Island.

First time to The Big Island

We stayed here as my friend and I qualified for the Ironman World Championships. The apartment was absolutely wonderful, having everything we needed from the kitchen utensils to beach kit! It was very spacious and clean with beautiful furniture and plenty storage space in both rooms too. Loved the option of two dining tables - inside and in the garden room. Lovely view onto the lawn. Certainly would recommend. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable.
